did you guys even see the whole Run Ricky Run film? i have so much more respect for Ricky Williams now than ever before, just bc he wasn't the image that society wanted him to be, just bc he was misleaded as a child and didn't have much guidance, just bc he was trying to find peace and watever made him happy doesn't make him a scumbag? he was just trying to feel accepted and happy but society had brought him down @TheWarriorchamp
I had mixed feelings watching this documentary both being a son who grew up without a father and then as a father who wasn't there for his son [for the first 7 years of his life]. I can see both sides and totally sympathize with Ricky, but in the end, what he did was selfish and horribly wrong no matter if he comes out on the other side as a better person. You can never get that time you lost and what a crucial time it was.
@TheRqbsinger take it from someone who is going through EXACTLY what Ricky is going through we honestly feel like cutting ties is unselfish. We honestly fear that we are so jacked up as individuals that we will only damage those we love. We honestly feel the pain of us abandoning them is no where near the pain of watching is die inside everyday. I don't have kids but that's how it is with me and my family. I rather lock myself in the room and cry silently then expose them to my true suffering.

@brabon1 after watching the entire doc, i would like to amend my comment....this guy was in alot of pain for many years and used pot and sex to deal with it...he has turned his life around and is one of the most intelligent and introspective men in the game
this was a good documentary! it opened the world up to the bizzare 'ish that has surrounded ricky's professional and personal life. I have a better understanding and hope that it helps those who wanna continue to label him as a arrogant pot head. he's deep and we are all lost at one point in this life.
Ricky, I say to keep on doing what your heart tells you to do and when it's all said and done, it's then your turn to share your wisdom and knowledge from your experiences with those who need it or are seeking it.

Are you both dense? He rushed for 1,100 yards last season and had 11 TDs at 4.7 yards per carry. That is a great season.
His career is really underrated. 4.1 yards per carry lifetime and he's played on a ton of bad teams.
