An update: I spoke with the owner, she says the cabins are 12' X 24' (3.65 m X 7.31 m), the cost with free labor was $2,000 twenty yrs ago. Today it would cost close to $5k in building materials, she says it would be better to buy a prebuilt and do the inside yourself.
