  • just seen Jeff Paris play the UK this week, its beem a long time and the hair has gone, but he sounds just sounds better than ever. Great voice and song writer, so underated.

  • p u these guys suck

  • lol, that dude has some crazy hair! Looks like he's wearing a poodle on his head.

So I've kinda been losing respect for Mr. Big after seeing on wikipedia that there are people from outside the band credited on some of the songs. Songs like this one--I'm not talking about the covers they've done. But then again, that explains why Lean Into It was much more ballad-y than the debut.

  • @lvl99ultrathug At least now I know that there's nothing wrong with my copy of CDFF-Lucky This Time that I got from Napster (the legal Napster). I always thought the "fast forward" part at the beginning was a transfer error on the part of whoever supplied the song to Napster

  • exelent¡

  • lol, This is alright I guess

Doesn't even come close to Mr. Big though

  • Mr. Big does it better... in every aspect :D

  • This is terrible compared to Eric Martin, simple, sorry if you disagree, but his album version ruins this.......

  • un grandisimo genio!!

  • Alucinante temazo!!

  • I drove this guy all over town looking for a power chord and I had no idea he was...I feel like a dopey ass

  • Eric Martin sings it way way (×10000000³) better.

    And that's a fact!

  • @Stick2208 jeff paris canta melhor,é claro!!!

alé de pertencer a jeff paris,a versão é melhor com mais timbre e sentimento!!!

  • @davidlourey dude, i can't read spanish.. but i guess canta is singing.. and jeff paris is probably jeff paris.. but wt hell is the rest?

  • @Stick2208 dude, that's Portuguese, not Spanish.

This is what Google Translate says he said (lol):

jeff paris sings better, of course!

ale to belong to jeff paris, the version is better with more tone and feeling!

  • @Stick2208 Paris sings a lot more, of course! Lucky this time also belong to Paris, the version is much better with most tone and feeling! always play with the best MARK FREE

  • @Stick2208 100% agree! Sorry Jeff.....

  • Great song co-written with Mr.big, but of course Jeff Paris versions are always better!! hehe

  • is this live in england? reminds of mark free live show from 1993

  • Yes!

Yeah man, it sure reminds that gig...

Maybe they were playing together there..

    Anyone knows?

  • @Igaden Yeah it was the Gods '93. Gary Hughes also played there that year.

  • @Igaden

This was the same show that Mark Free & Paul Laine played; it was the first Gods of AOR gig. I was there and met them all during and after the gig. What a day that was!!!!

  • @THRASHTILDEATH

It actually is from the same gig. This one is from the first Gods Of AOR Festival in 1993 held over in some european countries at that time as a mini tour and Mark Free was of course the headliner on those shows giving him the chance to promote his superb "Long Way From Love" album back then. The festival was organized by the english record company Now & Then, a company where those artisits belonged there at the time. So all this makes a c hain in a way....hehe!!!

  • Yes it was the same show, it was the Gods Of AOR show,

  • Great song!

  • Mr.Big is better of course!!!!

  • Jeff Paris; Uno de mis idolos y grandes del AOR; diso mio que recuerdo esta canción.

  • Fuck yeah! (can I say fuck?) Love Jeff, sadly he seems to have vanished down a wormhole since Freak Flag.
