  • Nice... You've come so far since I first friended you. A true inspiration.

  • I saw you on Ironhead's tribute vid. Checked you out and saw the bugout trailer, instant sub. I am building one currently, fun stuff.

  • @Eatallthebirds Thanks, this trailer had thrown me one curve ball after another. I should be completely done with it in 3 days. I would love to see before and after pics of yours when you're done. Good luck and thanks for stopping by

  • @awomansworld123 Thanks for responding, I have video of my ongoing build on my channel if you find time. Have a great weekend.

  • Some insulation on the inside could help if it gets cold. They make some compact wood stoves that you could install as well. A solar kit for the roof would be a nice addition. harbor freight sells a 45 watt kit that you could pack in there. Throw in some deep cycle batteries and you will be as good as gold!

  • Hello from the communist state of Illinois. (The ONLY state where concealed carry is against the law.)

I just spent some time watching your videos. It's good to see things from a woman's point of view. (You do an awesome job putting your videos together.) I subscribed, so I cannot wait for the next installment. lol

Take care and may He continue to bless you!

  • @13ECHO20

Sorry to hear that Illinois does not honor the 2nd amendment. California went the same way. Seems like people need to overthrow these illegal laws.

  • @SEWashingtonTactical We are still fighting. Now Rahm Emanuel, (mayor of CHIT-cago), is trying to get Springfield to ban ALL semi-auto rifles, and impose a $65 "tax" on the fire arms currently owned. It never ends in this state, constant fighting to keep our rights.

  • I cant wait for The Walking Dead tonight. YES!

  • Excellent!

  • Hey again I like the shower idea I would of never thought of that lol. You mentioned cots but how about hammocks they take up minimal space. Led lights I think they are ok and the led lasts for a long time and don't drain the batteries as fast as incondesent lights do. So I've never been a fan of them I have yet been able to find a led flashlight that will shin as far as a bulb light. Maybe you can point me where to find one that will thanks

  • LOL, my trailer was completed 2 days ago and the latch up bed idea I had almost a year ago and incorporated into the build but thanks anyway. Just stay tuned for the updated video because you may be slightly surprised.

  • I like you trailer idea. You might consider at some point just making fold up beds that latch to the walls. They will last longer and be more comfortable.

  • That type of trailer has a small rain gutter running around the seam area between the walls and roof. I see that rain gutter in the video. It is structurally a strong point in the construction of the trailer and allows for the build/install of a roof rack on there which could hold a lot more weight than that you would normally see on an RV roof. You can use the roof rack for everything from a mounting point for lots of stuff to a tent platform.

  • A lot of your products are proven camping items but propane while convenient may have limited availability. Might want to give some thought to dual fuel items. Of course for a minimal prep situation like a Natural Disaster with an impact that's regional its fine. For a broader scenario, a Trailer is High vis and requires getting on the road before the HERD. Not sure what scenario your prepping for. Looks like camping out for a week or so to me. Limits you to being near a road. Comfortable i bet!

  • I think you and what you are doing is AWESOME!! I live in Alaska and I am constantly preparing for who knows what earthquake/tsunami/end of world/zombiepocalypse. Thank you and keep it up!

  • Wow very nice can't wate to see it. Hey when you doing a review on that camp shower i was kinda Looken forward to seeing it ;) . Any how keep up the vids we love them girl.

  • thanks for the uplload!

  • I've been trying to work ways to be less grid dependent...a similar set of issues to solve. One product concepts I'm interested and might be of interest in a "bug out" scenario are some of the new solar charging/ power supply offerings such as one of those 45watt charging kits from places like Harbor Freight..for around $200 bucks they actually do something..what do you think?

  • consider going 12 volt for your power in the trailer, and use the generator for your 110 stuff with a power strip. might save you money in the long run as inverters can be pricey and tend to burn out. good job, keep on prepping.

  • i made a video response to your dogs tribute video on my channel. wanted to add it as a video reply, but you have blocked that ability. please watch and now that i feel your pain and the emptiness that comes with losing a part of the family.

  • COOL

  • I believe that if you have had a "failure to fire" problem with your 25-round mag, it is the ammunition's fault. If you have a "failure to feed" it is a magazine problem. You also may want to have 2 spare tires. Are you planning on registering your trailer? The police may stop you if it is un-registered. Looks like a pretty good setup and overall plan. Good luck.

  • @RayH42 LMAO, I've owned this trailer for over 6years I would think it would have been registered from day 1. Thats how people that work do things...the right way!!! Not sure why I wouldn't have it registered???? FTF, FTE, it all started with the new $30 mag because the original mags work just fine, thanks for the lesson

  • @awomansworld123 I see you are doing fine, just keep in mind, try to find a place near water, that's the Achilles's Heal here in AZ.

  • Are you going to build a weapons rack inside the trailer. Also I would suggest to build a roof rack of sorts to store stuff that you will not use all the time and do reduce your foot print inside of the trailer.

  • Hello,

Saw your vid on Bella, sorry for your lost.Hope you get that B--ch who did that to her.

By the way,why the golf clubs in the trailer?New kind of weapon.

  • @repmanlegion Yeah, I club a few balls to death at the driving range sometimes. This was just a storage container for a while so they were stored

  • I would use the green slim in the tires just in case you get a nail in the tire and can't pull over to change it safely. I've seen poeple use these trailers before and use a hanging type bed. Its a basic design that uses a small sheet of plywood hinged to the wall and is held up by 2 legs that fold out and lock under the bed, then use a small kid type matress on top... Great job on the rest of your items. GOD Bless Stay Safe...

  • @BareFootSurvivalGear Yeah I figured that one out and did this the very same day I posted the video but thanks for the info. The trailer is almost completed now and what Im going to do in the trailer has already been done. I am not putting anymore effort or energy into it, I think it is perfect as of right now. Just hold off to see the final project you may be surprised

  • This is a good idea for many people. Depending on how you set it up you can still empty and utilize as a utility trailer to help a friend move, use it for storage, use it for hobbies as you do with the bikes.

I would look at RV's and think about how to modiy your trailer.

For some people obtaining a toy hauler or camper would be the way to go. Since I wanted a camper to use on a regular basis that is what I did.

  • this got me interested in getting a teardrop camper.

  • Have you seen the 5 in 1 power pack it is yellow you can use DC AC it has a compressor inverter power pack you can charge it up from your harbor freight solal pannel

  • You might want to up grade the tires to a set that can handle more weight the tires that come on those trailers are not the best. Also I have pulled trailers for years and I always had a spare hub with bearings ready to go in case I had a bearing failure which I did. Just some ideas to help you, trailer looks good.

  • @rvliving7 I've owned this trailer now for over 6years, and not one single problem yet. I pull both of my motorcycles in it with the current tires and still not one problem. Im not adding a whole lot of extra weight so everything will be just fine. I will keep the bearing thing in mind though. Thanks for the info

  • Well thank God there's a roof top vent, and I own 2 small fans along with a portable 6000btu air conditioning unit. That should be more than sufficient enough to keep the air flowing. LMBO

  • Another nice vid! The only thing that I would be concerned within the trailer is ventilation. It could get very hot inside there if you were planning on sleeping there. Just a thought. Good planning though. I like your thinking. Always plan ahead! Thanks again for the vid!!

  • Hi! Great Videos! unable to PM U or reply to your PM says ur on lock. Not in contact list.

    holla asaucn

  • I was trying to email you a larger email and cut it down and after i sent it I realized it's a bit splotchy. I supported the military for the last 12 years. both active military and contracting.

  • I've watched several of your videos over the last year or so, just doing random B.O.B. searches and wanted to let you know your doing a great job. I've been an avid gear collector, more so do to my jobs while the military for the last 12 year's all over the world, so I've used and been around a lot of the gear the True survivalist use. Once again your posting great videos with a lot of details. Anyways just felt you deserved a thanks, so keep posting them.

  • Hey AWW123, sis you know i dig the idea, got me checking out my local craigslist and junk yards..i actually have to say you did a wise thing. now with that said this trolls that can always come up with what they would do ideas are irrelevant. when and if a shtf situation happens i will see you on the surviving side.

  • I have a friend that did the same type of project. He cut out a opening in the rear door of the trailer and installed a small AC unit. The trailer is also wired to run off 12 volt batteries and a 30 amp RV Hook up. The side door was lso fitted with a entrance style door lock so he can get in and out without much effort.

    Good luck with ur project.

  • You are such a kick ass lady... If only there were more women out there like you.. I really appreciate your videos, they spark ideas for my own prepping needs, Keep it up. I just bought a Bushmaster M4! I aint going to no FEMA camp lol

  • Yay! I'm so happy you're back in action!! I missed your videos. This is a really cool idea, I can't wait to see the finished product. Ignore all these people who want to supervise you from a distance you just build your trailer how see you fit lady. Best of luck!! =)

  • I think the bug out trailer is a bad idea unless you reenforce it and bury it in the ground !

  • @SiamSlim Well lucky for me my idea is my idea and I used my money to construct it not yours. But you're more than welcome to do just what you said and post a video showing us your work. I would love to see it, so dont just talk about it get it done and show us. Thank you much!!!

  • Loved the video. Look forward to seeing the progress of your project!

  • Nice trailer, I am looking for something similar for myself.

    Take Care,

    Londian.

  • I would include a paper based map and gas lantern. Could be used for heating too. Solar flares could strike in waves so I should expect dead gadgets. You haven't mention water. Water, food, sleeping bags, something to stay alive on.

If you live in a bad neighborhood, you might need to hide food too. Maybe make a fake wall in the trailer and put the rice in there.

  • Nice idea....It is definitely something I need to consider. Thanks for the vid.

  • If you have not already done so. you might want to stop by a local RV dealer/store for ideas and help and expertise. Hope you enjoy your project. Good Luck!

  • Nice. I was thinking of something like that for supplies. Clever.

  • The trailer is a nice idea, I've been thinking about going that route also. I'm going to put a wood stove in it for heat. The beds...I'm going a different way, mine will be hinged to the wall so they can be used for tables and beds and when not in use...they will be folded up against the wall for more space inside. You've got a good idea to go solar, plus a generator. You can get boxes to go on the tongue of the trailer to hold the battery stuff and generator. Thanks for sharing. Take Care :-))

  • @SurviveN2 Yeah, the model I am using has hinged beds but my cots are not set in stone so the finished product will be interesting.

  • @SurviveN2 We have some friends who made a portion of their horse trailer into a camping shelter. They have a wood burning stove in theirs and sleeping arrangements. They go camping and cook on the stove and sleep in there right along with their 2 big mules! Pretty RedNeck! But it works for them!

  • Very cool, i thought about doing this b4 and didnt think it would work, but i am changing my mind. Cant wait to see fp.

  • Nice idea. Looking forward to your project coming together.

  • What a great idea. Looking forword to part 2

  • good luck with your project!

  • Great trailer! When I see those I assume there is just lawn equipment or an atv inside. I'm guessing other people wouldn't think it's a bug out trailer. I'm going to get one now, thanks for the idea! I really enjoy your videos, always great ideas!

  • I've always liked the idea of a bugout trailer. I originally thought of a inclosed trailer w/ all of my camping gear stored in it, so I can just hook up to the trailer and go. Thanks for sharing

  • nice

  • I haven't read back so please forgive me if this has already been discussed. I put a deck in the front of my trailer behind the hitch to the body for extra room for stuff I didn't want inside like fuel. I would also suggest you mount your spare up front.

  • interesting concept, but i'm not sure i'd like to "live" in one of these... looks like you could easily be locked into this and "taken away". maybe consider being able to hide it?

  • @smasci LMAO, are you serious I never said I would LIVE in this. I recall saying sleeping quarters. Also, why would I not modify the camper so I would NOT be locked in and towed off as you stated. I mean good Lord, come on people just let me build it and you guys wait for the finished product and then critique it.. LOL

  • @awomansworld123 :17 into the vid you said you were going to turn it into "living quarters", not "sleeping quarters"... just sayin. my critiquing before you build it may give you a better angle to build it from so you don't spend more money than you have to... i'm sure others are critiquing you as well. you shouldn't take it negatively. i have another youtube act where i post vids and i ask for critiquing. it helps to get more ideas about what i'm trying to do.

  • @smasci Thanks but this has been in the works for quite some time now and no one else has done one but everyone knows how to. LMAO. If you knew me you'd understand I do my homework first and don't ask for anything from anyone. I live and learn by my own mistakes which are very few. I just think everyone on YT has an opinion but no one is doing anything but trolling yt and giving unneeded or unwanted advice about everything under the sun. So its not you, I just get tired of the know-it-alls

  • Your a very cool woman. Most women I know would be complaining and bitching about trailers and all that. Keep up the good work. Are you going to heat the trailer somehow?

  • instead of a cot, how about a roll-away?

  • Those camp cots are not very comfy, you could save room and be more comfortable if you rig it to hang hammocks in there. Great video.

  • ma'am, u have a great idea! the base is what i was thinking about! it will be fun to see how it comes together. i had this idea on useing those walkway solar lights and some how mod the panels on the roof and have the lights inside and beable to toggle switch it all out. u got my gears turning, AWSOME! do u know anything about deepcycle batteries? i dont know much but i hear its a great source of power but its heavy. are u putting windows? man i cant wait to see this thing done! HYPED!!

  • Great idea. I have been thinking of doing the same thing. Thanks for the video. Anthony.

  • Cool set up, can't wait to see it when you finish.

  • sounds like a great idea

  • Nice, I'll look forward to seeing it finished :)

  • ever think about a camouflage net? I got one at a gun show for $75. It was used by the army to camouflage equipment and vehicles. It rolls up to about the size of a large sack of dog food and probably weighs about 40 lbs. It's made of plastic and nylon so it won't mildew or rot. It might come in handy in maintaining the sanctity of your camp.

  • Love it, great job. I wish I had the time to do the same. I have a bug out kit in my truck, not near as thorough as your trailer.

  • EASY, easy....moped riders need love too. LMAO! Cant wait to see the finished trailer.

  • Looking forward to seeing the finished product!

  • Please show us the finished product when you're done.

  • Looks like you're on you're way with your trailer... You purchased a lot of goods... Great Job!

  • part 2 assuming that you are married most couples the male drives the truck and trailer now thats all cool and every thing just make sure that you can drive it in that SHIF he might not be able to drive so always have a back up plain for if some thing fails 3 I see that you have inverters thats great now the best thing is to have some way of charging them solar panels would be the best 4 trailers and tires replace them and the valve stems every 5 years no matter what because they will blow out

  • Ok I am just going to make a few suggestions 1 I read that you have a truck (can you drive the truck and drive the truck with trailer and also be able to back up and well go into down town Atlanta GA (I dont know where you live but I know I have done that with my truck and my mom and dads camper 30 feet and a ford f250) witch was a pain in the ass) 2 I see that you have 2 cots (assuming that you are married (read part 2)

  • @N4ANE Once again dude you guys should read the previous comments. Ive had this trailer for over six years & I can back it up turn it around & put it inside of a hole, then take it back out. Ive been driving for roughly 25years now. I think I can handle it just fine. No im not married thank you for asking, also watch more of my channel and get back to me and you let me know if my back up plan for my back up plan is good enough. Because Im starting to think everyone else knows whats best for me.

  • @awomansworld123 I am not thinking I know whats best for you driving for 25 years means nothing when you start towing a trailer I did hear you say you had it for 6 years also you said motorcycles meaning 2 so thats why I thought you where married now I have went back into your videos and seen the solar video good little kit also the bicycle VERY good as well

  • Look forward to seeing the build.

  • Cool. As for me, I live in semi-rural area and have decided to bug-in. Best of luck with your "masterpiece." :-) I look forward to seeing the finished product.

  • A bugout trailer is an excellent idea. You have lights, batteries, and inverters for electrical power. Have you considered a few photovoltaic (solar) panels that you can attach to the roof during the day? You could use them to re-charge your main vehicle battery and a marine or golf cart battery that you can use to power your lights, a radio, laptop, etc. at night. And, have you considered a small portable wood or propane camp stove for cooking?

  • @Aduhwan Got everything I need, just need to start constructing the inside and making this a masterpiece. LOL

  • @awomansworld123 glad to see you back. thanks for your posts.

  • 2 all the haters who want 2 "poopoo" on the ideas of working survivalists/preppers: GET A LIFE! doesn't take a whole lot of intelligence 2 knock the plans of others, esp when u don't do any actual productive work.contribute something more useful 2 the masses other than air pollution!

  • Mount that spare tire outside on the front get it out of the way inside. Hope you have a vehicle capable of pulling that trailer LOL.

  • @wildbill23c LOL, yeah I was planning on mounting it outside for sure. But I was thinking of hooking the trailer up to my street cruiser and hauling it that way. This may be a stretch but I think its doable. LMBO. I've had the trailer for 6 years now so yes I haul it with a truck.

  • @awomansworld123

Hey if you plan on towing with the street cruiser please video tape this and not only post it on your channel but send it to funniest home videos LOL.

Those enclosed cargo trailers are a great asset, and can be used for so many different purposes. I'm planning on purchasing one when I buy my next Utility Vehicle to use to haul the Utility Vehicle and as storage. Going to get one larger than I need to turn it into a living quarters and toy hauler type trailer.

  • @wildbill23c LMBO, I know at least one of my videos would go viral at that point. You will definitely enjoy the enclosed trailer because like you said they are good for a number of things and storage is one. I hope my efforts pan out, you know things never turn out like they look in your head. LOL

  • Wit about the gunzzzzz lol nice vid hope to see more

  • Wow ! You go Girl in Jesus Wonderful Name !

  • oh yes, this a smart way to go, And now drum roll ... where will you bug out too?

You are one bitchen stromg woman. thanks for the inspriation. put a shovel, axe, and solar power arrray. you are one of the few people that I know can take acare of your own self(shtf).

opps.. you did do the solar set up! hmm.. always thankful for your vids, that help gals like me. long weekend with fam. exparts. everyone knows we are in trouble, some run .. some stay and take care of biz. thanks !

  • How much fuel do you have, and how far can you go? On main roads, or back roads, and do you know where you can go?

  • @danman911 I have enough fuel and money to get me anywhere I want to go within the continental US and overseas if I had to. There are so many places where I can bug out and so many others in the states that surround me, the problem will be getting there for sure and it wont be because of fuel or money. Circumstance and surroundings will be the deciding factors in ease of travel

  • You just dont get it do you? You will wake up to military vehicles blocking the streets without warning. No phone, no money,no rights. Do you really think you will be able to travel? Overseas.. give me a break. That trailer is the first thing you will abandon.

  • @danman911 Well, just excuse my dumb ass. Its not shtf just yet, & the roads are more than passible right now, & for the time being I have money, & motorcycles so this trailer gets enough use. As for martial law, I'll cross that bridge when I get there, but for people like me JIC, I have multiple uses for the trailer and a backup plan for my backup plan. But hey us dumb ass preppers dont know shit right? We'll wake up & be stuck in our homes with all of this great gear boy what will we ever do?

  • @awomansworld123 sounds like u have placed much thought into ur BO trailer! i think u have a winning plan & propper attitude 2 face all situations that can happen. 4get the haters, 'cuz all they do is hate on others (& like my grandmom used 2 say "...they don't have a pot 2 piss in, nor a window 2 throw it out of")! a plan in hand beats 2 on the drawing board (or in the armchair, where the "chairborn commandos" usually sit)! wish u well & keep on workin', Sis. Peace!

  • @danman911 If the militry were to be deployed it would more than likely be to high population areas at the start because those areas have the highest probability of unrest due to population density. Most military people will also be concerned with the safety of their own family's as well. Don't bet on the military being the big bad boogey man in a shtf situation we love our freedoms as much as anyone else.

  • Have you picked up a solar light for the trailor?

  • SWEET!!!!

  • Nice video womansworld Looking forward to the final product. Not sure what your thoughts are on insulation of the trailer or what your temps are like in your local but have you researched insulation? I'm in an area that has all seasons. Winter isn't typically bad unless I had to bug out. There are winters which have wind chills below zero.I have land and thought about a structure but was always concerned about cost effective ways to insulate if something needed to be done in a hurry, any thoughts?

  • @resourcefulgirl I was told that basic insulation would work in this trailer. I havent done it though, but the sides and roof panelling is supposed to be easy to take down and rehang but I dont want to mess anything up seeming as how I am totally clueless. LOL. This looks like a YT research project

  • You are to Awesome.

  • Make sure you have plenty of ventilation fans or vents...

  • Lots of work to do but I'm sure it will look great when you are done.

  • Look forward to seeing the trailer once you have finished configuring it. I like the fact that it will appear externally to be a conventional trailer and not a bug out trailer :)

  • @MrSafetyForever I pray it comes out like the picture in my head. LMBO, you know how that goes. I guess we'll see

  • love your vids you go girl... you are something girl.

  • @bigdaddy3640 smiling....thank you so much

  • Looking forward to watching the progreess on the trailer. Cool idea, and should be lots of fun when it's done.

  • @FirearmPop I figured I should at least have a trailer that serves 2 purposes so this is what I came of with. I just cant imagine finding time to complete it. LOL

  • Great video. I read the comments and you stated that you are going to put a rifle rack in the trailer. May I suggest that you have anywhere between 500 and 1000 rounds of ammunition for each of your firearms stored in your trailer. That way if you have to bug out fast you will have some ammunition on hand and not worry about collecting all of your ammunition in your home and fill up your trailer.

  • The infra red can be used on your trailer wheels to make sure your bearings arent over heating. Great idea!!

  • @TacOrange1 LOL, it was on sale and I was spending money and thought this would come in handy. I couldnt at all figure out what I would be using it for SMH

  • love the idea for a trailer like that

  • @thewolfsong Thanks, Im hoping it turns out nice LOL

  • cant' wait to see how the trailer turns turns out.

  • @Wreaver1776 Me too, I am so anxious. I hope it turns out ok

  • May I suggest a door peep hole on all of the sides for security reasons while inside. That way you can check who is messing around outside your trailer without a confrontation. Or you could shoot em through the wall if needed.

  • @anyonefindAMERICA1 Im going to secure my doors from inside and at some point use my alert system to help with security. But yes peep holes are a good idea, and shooting through the walls is the best idea yet. LMBO

  • I always say you have to start somewhere.

    Glock n Load,

    Mike

  • @videosbymike Thats for certain, this is a good start for me

  • Skip the bed and do a hammock with attachment hooks Easy come down and more room..Rifle rack and propane refrigerator are great add ons..

  • @KorumEmrys Great ideas, now you know I already thought about the rifle rack. LOL, I cant wait to finish the trailer
