CNN - Most Bottled Water is Filtered Tap Water

so basicly we are just paying for the convient plastic bottle to carry the water around in ?

we had an expensive reverse osmosis filter but it got trashed quickly because the water is just so putrid here (oz).

we found a distiller is much better, but still need to send it through a brita filter after its distilled. get yourself a stainless water bottle to take with you & dont trust anyone to give you clean, safe water except yourself. btw, if you drink distilled, youll need to drink mineral water such as perrier occasionally because the minerals have been removed. cheers. So? I heard tap water has higher standards than many bottle water companies. They tend to slack off. Besides, tap water has chemicals that are good for your teeth. The same chemical put into tooth paste to protect your teeth.

Bottled water tends to develop impurities as it sits too. Ironic is that bottled water is more expensive than gasoline.
