Yes that's correct. That would be debt forcibly loaded onto the backs of afforementioned wealthy philanthropists by the government. I'm not worried because A) $41,000 isn't that hard for me to get AND B) America is worth about $70 trillion straight up cash in hand not counting future earnings, and we earn about $15 trillion a year, of course our gov can always change the laws to rachet that profit up if need be. Sadly, these two very Royal ladies are not officially Princesses, Princess Anne and her then-husband Mark Phillips decided NOT to have a title for Mr. Phillips, and Charlotte Cashiragi''s father, (I think his name was Stephen), was not granted a title, either -- and in any case died very early in the marriage, b4 he cud get a title.
Zzra Philips and Charlotte Casiraghi are Princesses in all but name.
