  • @makaronie08 This took me about 3 and half years to build. I put on some body weight/fat and then cut down to this look.

  • Hey Man, when do you find time to fit your ab work out in/cardio? I've been gyming for like 8 months with some fairly good results, i've been doing a 5 day split with Protein, creatine and l-gultamine - Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms, Legs with rest periods on the weekend, however im really struggling to lose as much body fat as i'd like.

    (my diets very clean) Any advice would be much appreciated! Cheers dude.

  • @Kustard123 Yeah, you sound to have your workouts and supplementation in check. My best advice would be to cut down on your carb intake, do 20 min on a stair-master after your workouts and I do abs once a week, I usually hit abs on my leg or chest days.

  • My back always snaps when I do hanging leg raises. Machines seem to be better for me when it comes to abs because of my fucked up lower back.

  • @MadisonBratina I tried that and it still snaps. If I bend my knees it doesn't snap, but that's too easy for me.
