All playing dress-ups, as usual. Shanakarananda dosent seem to know what it means to be a Swami. He forever has his hand out for money, even going to extremes like having his minions suggest that donating to their building fund, will improve the Shakti, and makes one's Meditations deeper and better. All this, off the back of who his teacher was, Muktananda was the real deal, not some money hungry capitalist.
Suggestion re confusion between emotions and feelings. Feelings flow rom a connection with the 'authentic Self" . Emotions arise when there isdisconnection from that Self and can be sourced in past hurts etc. A good test for distinguishing between them is to realize that the more aware you become of a feeing the deeper it becomes whereas the more aware you become of an emotion the less powerful it becomes.
