  • There are some rivers discribed as being in the garden, and that stones or metal were "good" there, as if for future use. Yet, Adam and Eve were kicked out. Was human kind kicked out of Edon or not?! One family that dies in the flood, were discribed as some kind of ancestor to harp players, barss smiths ect. Yet, Noah wasn't born in their tree. Noah planted a wine vinyard, but not other sources of food for the animals and his family. He was covered in his tent, despite no society.Athiests read it

  • Flat earth. Discribeing that moon as being a "lesser" light, and the stars just tiny lights. For some time, God said human kind could have every plant for food. Then Eve came along, and suddenly a fruit tree, which he put there has the word "but" attached. Then after all that happens, he THEN has angels guard it.

  • 2. You are under the impression that God doesn't have senses that we can't even comprehend? Radar is used in pitch darkness. Maybe he has an inborn neutrino collector in his brain. This is a guy who can speak and physical laws are changed. I realize you probably don't believe there is a God, but intellectually you should be able to consider the ramifications if there were such an entity, and I bet you could figure out he wouldn't be dependent on eyesight for all he would do.

  • 3. You said "light originates from the sun"? LOL. What, you think all light originates from that particular burning mass of hydrogen/helium? Uh, no. You might as well say that all light originates from the candles on your birthday cake. That would make as much sense. For the record there are many sources of light besides the sun. Scientific measurements affirm that light existed before even the first solar system, sun or star was formed. That is one of the ways we measure the age of the universe

  • @BattleshipTx our light does originate from the sun. other galaxies have their light sources, i dont doubt that. there r othe sources of light, i agree. but our source of light comes from the sun. to laugh at that makes u sounds just as stupid as your attempting to make me sound.

  • @Chazerbaijann No it doesn't, not all. We get light from other stars. We make our own light through chemical processes. We make it through nuclear ones. It is made through biological processes. The real point is that science tells us there was a lot of light, even before the first star or sun was formed. That is why the question 3 is so nonsensical.

  • @BattleshipTx i already agreed to there being other sources of light. but our main and original source was/is the sun. and what sources of light were there before the sun? this im just curious about. and its also interesting how u follow science so strongly, yet believe something as BS as god...

  • 4. You said "The Bible states that heaven is what we refer to as the sky". You are confusing "the heavens" with the description of "heaven" in the Book of Revelations. Not the same thing. As used in the first part of Genesis, the heavens just means sky. Our going there proved the sky was there. Heaven as a realm of God is only shown in visions in the NT, likely because everyone there is incorporeal.

  • I would also note that you are on notice these aren't 24 hour days since the sun and moon are shown as not being made until the middle of the week. That didn't tip you off it wasn't necessarily 24 hours?

  • @BattleshipTx u do realize that it is impossible for god for god to have a brain? for that would make him physical, which means he could be observed and measured and studied.

  • @Chazerbaijann Again, you are using too limited a definition. You are assuming it is similar to a human brain. Why would you assume that, given he is purported to have so many other abilities he has that we don't? Anyway, the organ in our cranium is only one of the accepted definitions of a brain. Equally valid for the meaning of a brain is the simple meaning of

    2.a. Intellectual ability; mind:

    2.b. Intellectual power; intelligence.

  • @BattleshipTx and who do u think created those definitions? mankind, yes? if it proves ur point u will say it supports god. but u would deny the very idea of man creating god for such things as power and money. btw, whats ur goal in these comments ur leaving? rather than answering the questions, ur trying to simply cast them off, while ignoring the others which im assuming is because u cant answer them...right?

  • @Chazerbaijann-- I am a theist, but even if I was an atheist I would be embarrassed by someone who basically says "God couldn't have done that because he couldn't see in the dark". There are many intelligent atheist that give very good explanations for their disbelief. Thinking God couldn't do stuff in the dark is just so silly a reason to not believe, someone has to point that out.

  • @BattleshipTx THATS what this is about?! for crying out loud that question was asked as a joke! if you dont believe me i can show you where I got the idea for that question. search for "Ricky Gervais religion" on youtube, he makes a joke out of it. seriously out of everything THAT is your biggest issue. for crying out loud i knew this was bullshit, lmao!!!!
