Olli gets overly-excited very quickly, so if Christian were to tell him that he don't want a child right now he will be crushed and I don't want that cause I hate to see Olli hurt. His eyes are too beautiful to keep getting angry and crying. It makes me just want to hug him so tight.
I start to hate Olli when he starts to act like he did at 1:54 - 1:58 cause he get in his spoiled character like if Christian would have said no he would have been mad at Christian, then he didn't even give Christian a chance to answer before he hugged him and told him to buy a bed.
Now that's what I call true love when you can't even think straight (no pun intended) when you see the love of your life so happy nothing in the world can beat that kind of love. Oh how I wish I had what Christian and Olli have my life will never end cause I will never let that kind of love go.
When will Olli realize that Christian has good instincts? He was right to not to trust Gregor's first wife; he somehow knew she was having an affair; He hated Luisa's ex--didn't trust him, hated Rrrrrob, did not trust him; and is now completely right how the baby thing--this is what leads to their marriage in tatters. Olli will realize Chris has excellent instincts, when Christian realizes he does.

I love this chapter, from the beginning till the end. I think that Christian is so right when he said "... you fall in love with the person, no matter if male or female", I totally agree with him. It's hard to take sides in the foster question, for one side I think that Olli/Charlie are right, they have to take the risk for the good of Lilly and they own good too, but for the other side Christian/Rebecca are right too because if in some moment Lilly has to leave, it's gonna break their hearts :(

I agree with both sides. I know a couple that are foster parents and many children have come to them and they loved them all. Some were taken away and some weren't. They have six adopted kids. Keeping Lilly would be a very very interesting story line for so many different reasons. I don't mean to offend anyone really but the idea of two homosexual guys raising a little black girl well the story would be FANTASTIC!!! Writers let them keep Lilly!
CHR goes with what his mind thinks and Olli with his heart. Well blended characterization that reflects real life..hats off to writer. after watching this past one month, I see them a real couple.

Why is it when Chrolli obsessively wants a child they always think of negative scenarios of what will happen if they get too attach, especially Christian. They both have full time jobs. How is this going to work? The kid is a one year old. Couldn't they be given a school aged child? This cutesy stuff has got to stop. But I'm afraid it won't. @sabinasabina2010 - With regard to Christian's criminal record, I saw on a British drama, a couple who wanted to foster a child, but the man had a criminal record - once his offence was not against a child and he allowed police checks to be done, he was eligible to foster a child - not sure if it is the same in Germany though.
@coyleJ hi, sorry to rain on the parade, I don't work in child services but in education in UK & know that you can't be considered with working with children 2 years after probation and often zilch if you have committed violent offences no matter who against-either which would rule Christian out & lets not even talk about Andy who also has a criminal record & lives there .British drama is just that, British drama. However,like you not sure how it goes down in Germany & going along for the ride.

Wow, that was quick! Das ging schnell! They can have a child ON THE SAME DAY .. Maybe I missed something. I cannot see how a child could be placed with them that quickly. And Rebecca is now ... a lesbian. True, Christian once seemed thoroughly straight. And his "transformation" has been convincing. But one has the impression that the writers just play with the Rebecca character. She was a kleptomaniac a while ago!

If the worst happens, they need to accept, because they need love her, while she needs. And after all, maybe it would count points for a future adoption, no?

I just started watching this series and have completely fallen in love with chrolli, hope that the writers don't keep putting rebecca in their story lines, it's just creepy. Awww... Lilly is so cute. To be honest, though, I'm getting really bad feelings about Rebecca being there to help Christian assemble the crib. That something parents do, Ollie should have been the one helping Christian. I can't help but feel they are suddenly/temporarily/conveniently making Rebecca a lesbian so that it's okay that she carries a baby for Chrolli and we all know who the father will be. I think Chrolli are in for some very rough times ahead if my suspicions are true.

I can understand both Christian and Olli's initial feelings about the arrival of Lily. Having her in their lives will change them in so many ways for the better. Thanks May for continuing to post the episode clips and cc's. We would be lost without you <3

I agree with both sides. I know a couple that are foster parents and many children have come to them and they loved them all. Some were taken away and some weren't. They have six adopted kids. Keeping Lilly would be a very very interesting story line for so many different reasons. I don't mean to offend anyone really but the idea of two homosexual guys raising a little black girl well the story would be FANTASTIC!!! Writers let them keep Lilly!

CHR goes with what his mind thinks and Olli with his heart. Well blended characterization that reflects real life..hats off to writer. after watching this past one month, I see them a real couple.

i do understand where Christian coming from, and as well as Olli's excitement...what matter most is the love they can give for the baby, and I do believe they will be an awesome father. What an adorable baby, ChrOlli's smiles on their face as they see the baby was PRICELESS! Poor Christian...he's only afraid lose something he's really care again..He had lose his father, his brother, his dream (boxing)..and now he's really afraid probably someday he's will lose his child too...But I love his smile when he's see little Lily...she's really cute...And I think Christian and Ollie will easily fell in love with her..

Why is it when Chrolli obsessively wants a child they always think of negative scenarios of what will happen if they get too attach, especially Christian. I know they should think realistically, but could they just go w/the flow and see what happens? Well, all in all this episode was enduring, let's see what transpires on Monday. Thanks again MercuryMay for filling in for Nanna, you are the best.

They both have full time jobs. How is this going to work? The kid is a one year old. Couldn't they be given a school aged child? This cutesy stuff has got to stop. But I'm afraid it won't. Neither will the silly stuff. Rebecca changing her sexual orientation, or expanding it, whatever the case may be. I wish VL and other soaps would give their gay storylines more thought, and if not, don't bother having them..

Lilly is sooo cute!But this storyline is not plausible on many levels!I’m sure German child protective services are strict so would try find parents of similar race/culture,even so Chrolli both work fulltime so less one of them was going to be a stay at home dad-home it is above a bar & 3 other people live there,have they been checked & Christian has a criminal record & not just minor priors(the latter included assault I believe which should affect your eligibility to foster)…soapland lol

@sabinasabina2010 - With regard to Christian's criminal record, I saw on a British drama, a couple who wanted to foster a child, but the man had a criminal record - once his offence was not against a child and he allowed police checks to be done, he was eligible to foster a child - not sure if it is the same in Germany though.

@coyleJ hi, sorry to rain on the parade, I don't work in child services but in education in UK & know that you can't be considered with working with children 2 years after probation and often zilch if you have committed violent offences no matter who against-either which would rule Christian out & lets not even talk about Andy who also has a criminal record & lives there .British drama is just that, British drama. However,like you not sure how it goes down in Germany & going along for the ride.

Wow, that was quick! Das ging schnell! They can have a child ON THE SAME DAY .. Maybe I missed something. I cannot see how a child could be placed with them that quickly. And Rebecca is now ... a lesbian. True, Christian once seemed thoroughly straight. And his "transformation" has been convincing. But one has the impression that the writers just play with the Rebecca character. She was a kleptomaniac a while ago!

I want a child, but my own child with my blood! I know it can sound a little possessive , but unfortunately I'm not so good person like people who do this kind of thing.

Super!! At the begining I hated Olli, I hate people that make things without think!
But, after some time, I think maybe it would be good! Probably they don't will stay with the child forever, but they can take care of her while they can't adopt one, poor child, they can make her life happyer and she probably will do the same for them.
If the worst happens, they need to accept, because they need love her, while she needs. And after all, maybe it would count points for a future adoption, no?

I loved it but I feel sorry for the writers. They can never do anything that doesn't get ridicule. However, they seek that people talk about their story lines. Success! At the end, I see a little bit of a Lilly smile behind that pacifier.

So I live in the States and this Thankgiving I told my sister that what I'm thankful for is Chrolli!! I'm trying my best to get her to watch it.
I love how in the begining they joke about their own story line saying that the movie sounds like something out of a soap. The writers are awesome!

When I saw that pic of Olli holding that adorable baby girl on Jo's facepage I had my suspicions and now they're confirmed!! YAY!!
I was hoping they'd get a boy but now that I've seen baby Lilly she'll do; she's just too damn cute!
As for Christian, life is all about uncertainty and taking risks. The only absolutes in life are life and death. Everything else you just roll with.

I just started watching this series and have completely fallen in love with chrolli, hope that the writers don't keep putting rebecca in their story lines, it's just creepy. Jo and Thore are incredible actors, even here in USA you can't find better. As a straight woman I love these guys they make it look so real and so honest. Chrolli Forever!!!

OMG, this was so great. All the angst and insecurity from Christian and overload of excitement from Olli... So much in character. But, in the end, you could almost feel them melting because of Lily.
Lily is sooo adorable. Did you look at that face? BTW, who else thinks she's a much better actress than Rebecca?

Awww... Lilly is so cute. To be honest, though, I'm getting really bad feelings about Rebecca being there to help Christian assemble the crib. That something parents do, Ollie should have been the one helping Christian. I can't help but feel they are suddenly/temporarily/conveniently making Rebecca a lesbian so that it's okay that she carries a baby for Chrolli and we all know who the father will be. I think Chrolli are in for some very rough times ahead if my suspicions are true.

love Chroli and haven't commented in a while but what are VL writers on? Firstly, Rebecca and Miri is such a silly storyline. Next Lilly is so beautiful, glad to see some other cultures in VL, was thinking the only forbidden love left with VL was to show other cultures but back to the real world. What child protective services is going to hand over a black baby to Chrolli who also live with 3 other unmarried people in an apartment?

I do hope she is well soon as we are very concerned over her health. :) On a purly chrolli moment here.. This scene with them at the end.. was pure magic.
