I was just thinking how the 3rd game in some survival horror series took these great departures from the original format. RE3 added the whole threat of Nemesis following you/you making quick decisions. SH3 took the series out of SH and introduced more about the cult that put theories from the first one out of commission. I absolutely love the different style of FFIII.

FFIII seems pretty scary, but setting wise, I like FFII more. Something about Crimson Butterflies were particularly attractive to me. The fact that Rei&Miku sleeps at somewhere else completely irks me. It sort of throws off the whole 'scary' vibe. xDD

the scary thing in this game is, the ghosts follow rei in the real world (in her house) as the game progresses. if you play the game, there's a blot in a wall near the darkroom, about hour 8 (was it?) it turns to a face.

When your flimant/alarm is the color blue it means a non holstle or volient ghost is near or apporaching you, or you have to take a pic of something or someone for a clue but you are not in danger.

Miku can slow down ghosts (very helpful x_x)

Rei can use the flash thing to push back ghosts
