@MrEboneceo I live & work in the neighborhood of Belltown, (Seattle). And I couldn't agree more with you...unfortunately, as my co-workers and I have counted; 31 social services that caters to these folks. I wonder if they were spread out throughout the city rather than concentrated in one community would there be a noticeable difference? I think yes, but until then, we are SOL!
