  • i didn"t like your shots, all of your shots , the face of guy wasn"t expouse correctly,

any way thanks for your video, sunset portriet shot isn"t easy .

  • where was the second SB800?

  • @1mysteryman The second SB-800 only triggered the SB-800 in the EzyBox as a Master/Commander. It has no effect to the picture's lighting...

  • its very good that you are putting comments about the settings of the camera and locations unlike the others. This is very inspiring to Amateurs. Keep it up ! hope to see more of your videos.

  • @freaky00friday thank you - without the comments it would not deserve the label "BTS-Video" IMHO ;-)

  • all i wanted to say was the following I seeing this done before, but your video is the best, thanks for sharing and explaining the details with the demonstration well done!!

  • I love your videos! Truely inspirational sir. Im subscribing now

  • the first frame was the best

  • sir I just want to ask why did you put your in cam flash in that angle?..

  • @BadBass17 just to make the remote flash able to see the master flash on the camera. The master had no lighting function, just to send the commands to the remote in the EzyBox

  • thanks for the response sir! I want to learn more from you.. I'm still a novice in this field.

  • Did the flash on the camera flash also?

  • Yes, indeed! :-) But the flash on-camera only triggered the flash in the EzyBox by using Nikons CLS without lightening the picture

  • I have been experimenting with Nikon's CLS and you can trigger the off camera flash without having to built in camera from flashing. What I did was goto commander mode on the flash controls and set the "built-in flash" to mode to "--" .

  • ...and that's what I wrote ;-) The D3 has no bult in flash so you have to use a camera on top as a master flash where you can setup the master to -- and group A to iTTL or whatever so the flash on camera will nothing do except sending out little flash signals to trigger the external flash...

  • Did you gel the flash?

  • look at 1:03 - no gel, just AWB. EXIF's shows Kelvin from 5400 to 5900...

  • Have you used a Lee Filter on top of your flash or was it the standart Kelvin rate?

  • look at 1:03 - no gel, just AWB. EXIF's shows Kelvin from 5400 to 5900...

  • nice :) mcnally style

  • @imagiag it was mcnally style with the firemen too.He tried to to the same Photo with the fireman with the axe near his head. I LOL'd when I saw it.

  • Sorry, I never try just to copy the same photo, I'm only inspired by other techniques. Or did he swim in the lake with a cool hair style? ;-)

The axes are just what the firmen working with and I didn't want to have them there just with crossed-arms. We used hoses and standpipes too - you maybe saw it...

Some things you can't come up with new ;-)

  • @simonsenphoto Ok,maybe it's just similar, You are awsome though.Keep it up
