Thanks! I figured out this arrangement by ear for a friend's wedding last year. I'm using:

C -- 0003 / 0033

F -- 2010

G7 -- 0212

Dm -- 2210

G7sus -- 0213

Bb something -- 3213

And up the neck, for the "do do, do do do do" part, you can do 5558 for an F and 0007 for a C. Other than that, I'm playing the melody and rhythm parts together while strumming the chords. Hope this helps! If you need any clarification, please let me know.
