Mustang Halo headlights (angel eyes)

i have a friend who just the exact same headlights except he got the ones that are black on the inside instead of chrome. theyre sooo sick!! yours seem way brighter than his though!

These the LED halos or the CCFL ones? Which looks better, I have been thinking of looking into these for my vehicle but want the nice looking ones. also how good are the projectors? I heard the aftermarket projectors for the f150's were crap, don't know if mustangs were the same or not.

any way you can turn off the orange lights? i think they look sick, but i dont like how the turning signals are always on

v-leds has some that only turn orange when you have your turn signals or hazards on.

ive seen those....the halo's aren't bright as they appear in this vid....you can see a hint of some color behind your on oncoming but you need to be real close to notice...Im not hating on this, i was going to get it untill i actually seen it. I got HID's and im satisfied with my look. When I mean not bright in terms of angel eyes, i mean like bmw birght is what i need...I'll upload a vid of my beamer.

Nice, I'm going to be getting some soon for my 96 mustang. First could you tell me if you had any problems with those? What about lifespan? I don't think you can just replace a bulb when the light goes out, wouldn't you have to replace the entire $200+ set?

The inner most projector, the one closest to the center and without a halo, what is its purpose? It doesn't seem to light up or anything.

I dont think it has a purpose. I think these halo projectors look lame. Maybe if the housing was black and not chrome it would look better.

you know what i actually just googled it and this guy posted the steps on mustang forum. it really is not to hard but you kinda have to know what your getting into beacue at first all you see is a buch of wires and it can look intimidating.

sweet i just baught a pair for cavalier and someone said you could hook it up to your blinker so it flashes is that even legal

they cost about 150.00 for the pair. It took about an hour and a half. mostly because i had trouble w/ the first one, installation will involve having to cut out some of the fiber glass housing and also some additional wiring for the halo's.

I installed them on my own. The lights didn't come with instructions, but you can find a guide on the internet.

I got them off of ebay from a seller called edixworks(racerunion). They were not too expensive and they got sent to my house in 4days..... Man these lights transformed my stang!!!!!!
