What you say is FALSE. Arabs did not actually convert persians by force. They wanted persians to stay non-Muslim so they could force them to pay Jizya (non-muslims tax).
Most persians converted on their own since Sassanid Iran was a zoroastrian theocracy, much like the I.R. today (actually it was worse, because they almost had a caste-like system in place).
In fact Umayyad dynasty killed many Persians for converting to Islam, they had wanted to keep Islam "Arab" which was against the Qur'an.
