Good as this is, I think it's upsetting that Neil goes to great lengths to create wonderful things intentionally separate from potter puppet pals only for somebody to essentially throw it back in his face and go 'yeah, this is good, but what about POTTER PUPPET PALS, HUH?'

I imagine if Neil saw this he would despair for humanity.

Thank you! Dumbledore was the only puppet up for the job. I only have Harry and Dumbledore; the rest of the puppets I gave to my friends. Ron would've been a good Spencer, though! :)

It took lots of time, felt, and glue (my sewing skills are nonexistent).

I made the body first (just a wide black cone), then arms (small tubes with the hands glued inside the sleeves, then stuffed) and the head last (a large oval glued then flipped inside out with an opening on one end to stuff). Once that was all attached I did the hair, face and extra stuff. It's hard for me to get any more specific because I basically eyeballed everything (like body sizes and whatnot). Hope that helped!

This must have taken you at least 4 hours of your life. Four hours of free time closer to death, and-- AND IT IS BEAUTIFUL. I don't understand the first, second, or hell, third version of this event at all, which doesn't make it any less funny or bizzarely compelling. What I *really* want to know is...what does Ben Bernanke think?

its because in the original vid, ben was leaning on his hand/fist. since harry doesn't have the luxury of making his hand into a fist then moving it to below his chin, he needs some help.

The attempt was actually made to get Harry to use his own arm, but, due to an overdose of stuffing, it failed. I have unfortunately limited his abilities to upward and downward motions; my puppets will forever be cripples! XP
