@AmericanSoapBox Wish you had a chance to do some research before making such a silly statement. Handicapped could happen to you at any time, your parents should not be the blame. Some children with cerebral palsy were given birth from highly educated and responsible parents. Thank for given me this opportunity to educate others. What you are referring to is call fetal alcohol syndrome symptoms; it is different then CP.

Said for the Kids their parents did drugs, drank or smoked while pregnant.
It's almost ALWAYS the parent's fault when kids end up handicapped.

@AmericanSoapBox not always, a lot of cerebral palsy are that way because of birthing complications (e.g. getting stuck because of positioning in the birth canal and not getting enough oxygen because of this).. genetic stuff can also cause various problems in children which aren't anyone's fault. But yeah things like people smoking/drinking furing preg. makes me mad because they could just quit for 9 months & prevent a lot of problems..
