I enjoy the broadcasts in California. They come in loud and clear, and the propaganda is over the top. Dear Leader and Brilliant Comrade run a tight ship, for sure. Hello to everyone in Camp 22.
No. I am being serious. Voice of Korea is an excellent Radio Station: we listen to it every night here. We only hope that the sun-spot count will increase next year so that we can listen to it with better reception.
What excellent reception you can get in Hungary from one of the greatest Radio stations currently broadcasting on shortwave. Voice of Korea is my all-time favourite Radio Station. Alas, we have a great deal of trouble receiving it here at 1000 hours GMT, on either 13650kc/s, or 11735kc/s.
The Democratic People's Republic of Korea is a great country indeed.
Has anyone been able to pick up North Korea recently (June 2010)? If so, on what frequencies and times (UTC)? Thanks.

That being said, having an insane leader is definitely something those in the gulags, and those who escaped DPRK can identify with.

I was born and raised in the United States and still live here, and Dubya is insane. This country was saved again November 2008. God bless Obama.

Mutibanda, if you've never been to the United States, don't criticize George Bush. Moron.

You' ve got it. ;-) By the way, the official year in the DPRK is 97 as they count the years from 1912, the birth year of late Kim Il-Sung.

You wonder if this is 1951 instead of 2008. Kinda scary.
