At the time of this video I was serving in the MFO as uruguayan medical officer. Thank you for let me remerber so beatiful moments. We were neighbors since the dutch bar was very close to EL Fogon. I remember Lt Col Velthius, Cpt Paul U A Sai and I forgot the name of the ducht medical officer to whom I taught to drink "mate". Thank You again and the best to you. Dr. Sergio Caceres

@sercace Thanks for your kind response of this video. I have also have had a good period during those days. I also have had early April 1985 a sunburn, so thanks to you and your colleagues my sunburn was treated very well. So I have to thank you and your team !!

Hi. Thanks for posting this. I served in the Australian contingent in the MFO for 2 tours from 1982-83 (second rotation). I was a Liaison Officer. I was posted in El Gorah, Sharm El Sheik, Tel Aviv and Cairo. I really got to see it all. I remember the Netherlands Police Contingent. All the best fellow comrade in arms!
