Yes, there are borrowings from Albeniz. But the core of it is faithful to Door's original. Which is a testament to the musical genius of Jaz Coleman (the profuced and arranger of "Riders on the Storm: The Doors Concerto") and impeccable mastership of Nigel Kennedy and Prague Symphony. By far my favorite track on the CD. Bravo!

Experto...VIRTUOSO..!!! muy personal en sus interpretaciones...por esto se está más en lo que expresa ÉL...que LO QUE EN REALIDAD lo que la composición Musical quiere reflejar...EN ESTE CASO EL "EMBRUJO" de la música profunda española....No lo consigue. Esa otra cosa, bella....pero sin "embrujo" alguno.

Quizás el "exceso" de virtuosismo no encaja con la emoción que transmite dicha música española...Ya se sabe que el exceso de "virtuosismo" va en contra de la "emotividad expresiva"...

I think it's "Riders on the Storm: The Doors Concerto", which is a 1999 or 2000 album arranged and produced by Jaz Coleman of Killing Joke, and performed by the Prague Symphony Orchestra conducted by Peter Scholes, and by classical musicians, including Nigel Kennedy.
