No, a regular Cuban is allow to go to any hotel now, Raul changed that law, they can have cellphone and now they can buy or sell private property. I just got back from there, I went to Havana, it is a really poor country, but compare to other countries I've been in with the army it's by far not the worst in the world. Most of the people have all their teeth, they are healthy(look like they are anyway), they can read and write etc... but they dont have much it is true they are poor

No, a regular Cuban is allow to go to any hotel now, Raul changed that law, they can have cellphone and now they can buy or sell private property. I just got back from there, I went to Havana, it is a really poor country, but compare to other countries I've been in with the army it's by far not the worst in the world. Most of the people have all their teeth, they are healthy(look like they are anyway), they can read and write etc... but they dont have much it is true they are poor
