How are the rich going to make money if they have increased shipping costs to get around the bridge, more taxes to pay for reconstruction, increased insurance costs because of the payments made by insurance companies, etc.? Pawlenty didn't design the bridge, an engineer did. This is negligence, not politics.

I work right by this bridge. I used to park my truck under it at Metal Matic which is right next to it. I was on this bridge 10 min before this happened. My heart goes out to the victims and families of this tragedy.

wow. I'm glad you got this. Man I feel so sorry for the people who died in this disaster. I just feel lucky for the people who made it across or almost made it to the bridge when it fell into the water and they stopped instantly and got out of their cars and went to see if there were any Surviors
