My favourite series was series four with 10 and Donna, and although I do like Amy I think Donna had better development as a character so she's my favourite. I liked how she was written and how at the end of the series she became just as important and that she was remembered along with the Doctor. What about you? Any thoughts on River? :)
@uponastratocumulus Donna's storyline was brilliant. I do hope Amy develops this season to become somewhat more vulnerable - she has a habit of being always sexy save the day girl. And River - I've heard so many theories on her, from she's Amy's timebaby to she's going to kill Rory, the greatest man she ever knew - I just don't even want to hazard a guess : )
@cateematthews Yeah, I thought that about Amy too. I liked River in the library episodes but in series 5 she fell out of my good books but the first two episodes of this series made up for that. However this newly found liking for her may have just come from finding out that Alex Kingston went to the school i'm currently at. :)

I don't know that i have any tradition superstitions, but I'm a huge procrastinator, and if I know I should be getting to be or starting on homework and the book I'm procrastinating with should fall out of my hands to the floor (for example), I tend to take that as a "sign" that I should move forward with things. Do you procrastinate at all?

When I was in classes I'd clean rather than study, which of course made my husband want to call my professors and ask them to assign extra work, lol. Actually I'm procrastinating right now, but doesn't a nap sound so much better than cleaning house? ;)

@cateematthews hhahah, I've got like 40 stuffed animals (in a box underneath my bed). One of them I still sleep with. It's one of the oldest I got. I take him every where I go.(well.. not school and such) It's kinda my little travel companion. When I was younger I used to make beds and hammocks for all of them. They all had a personality and likes and dislikes. Friends, family or some of them were lonely. Few of them protected me against the monsters in my room. There millions of stories. ^^

I would point you toward "Jonny Lang- Album "Lie To Me", and Kenny Wayne Shepherd "Trouble Is... One is blues and the other is a mix of blues/rock... Both you could play and not hit the skip button... Sound Tracks... Prince "Purple Rain" or "Batman" soundtrack. I really take in a great deal of music and can swing from this genre to that... Anyway

@cateematthews I love that idea of feeling lost and a part of the world at the same time. It reminds me of how sometimes the world seems simultaneously so large and so small. But, my favorite color is darkish purple, it tastes of something sweet/sugary, it smells of that sickly sweet pollen-y scent of spring weeds, and feels like the calm and comfort I sometimes get whilst sitting outside at night in the summer. (I'm being quite obviously influenced by the current season here. :) )
This is fantastic. :) I love micronations. There's one that you can pay to become a lord or lady of, and we paid for a ladyship for my AP World teacher. :)

@cateematthews I love that idea of feeling lost and a part of the world at the same time. It reminds me of how sometimes the world seems simultaneously so large and so small. But, my favorite color is darkish purple, it tastes of something sweet/sugary, it smells of that sickly sweet pollen-y scent of spring weeds, and feels like the calm and comfort I sometimes get whilst sitting outside at night in the summer. (I'm being quite obviously influenced by the current season here. :) )
