You just magicked your way through all these songs, that was pure blues voodoo and I cant break away from the spell, can't stop listening and watching, can't put my own harmonica down. I'm putting three hours a day of harmonica time in now rather than my usual hour a week deal I had going about 3 months ago. I know these are old videos but thanks for the lessons.
Hey Adam!Very nice stuff! Thanks for all.I have one question, what is the difference between the normal 10 hole blues harmonica and the crossharp, which was mentioned more times? I guess the difference comes from the key of a song, is it true? Thank You, respect from Hungary
Hey Adam!! Just got the good word that you are going to be assisting Jason Ricci with the advanced harp seminar at the Bean Blossom Blues Fest in Sept. I am looking so farward to being able to say hi. See ya there....
Absolutely the best harp teacher in the land!! Thanks so much Adam for bringing these little tricks to light. Heck, a fella has no choice but to improve listening to your lessons...
Ya' either got it or ya' don't... and boy, you've GOT it! And just when I think I might, you shock the hell out of me! To witness how simple this comes to you it fantastic! It's good to see what we as 'pupils' (mere shadows of what you are) can become... that is inspiring! You've heard it a million times, but thank!
G'day Adam, I used to think you were a pretty amazing harp player, but after watching you dissect these songs and instantly play along you really are bordering on pure genius. Every time I watch you it inspires me more and more. Cheers mate :) Tom in Oz,

Adam, thanx for all awesome videos! But I'd like to see a video about tongue blocking. Could you play a slow example? When some one use TB in a riff, it sounds like a noise bewteen the notes, and i dont know how to do this! Thank you so much.

cross harp is simply a way of playing the 10 hole harmonica; it's the same thing as "second position." Playing a C harp in the key of G.

Salut Adam,
A bientot Adam.

Great stuff Adam! That 2nd song ("Long Distance Operator") reminds me of songs like "Tequila" and "Room to Move". Fun songs for us harp players!
Can anyone think of any other similar songs ?

You're right. That's one of my characteristic moods. I'd like to think it's characteristic of our instrument, too.

I'd like to think harmonica is one place where a fella can be somewhat frenetic and still be cool..
