  • Conooo, tiene una pila de canciones acere

  • You just magicked your way through all these songs, that was pure blues voodoo and I cant break away from the spell, can't stop listening and watching, can't put my own harmonica down. I'm putting three hours a day of harmonica time in now rather than my usual hour a week deal I had going about 3 months ago. I know these are old videos but thanks for the lessons.

  • Very inspirational. Great lesson. Thank you very much. Your online student.

    -Rob

  • Feel like I'm just making noises, but starting to wonder if I'm learning something too!

    Thanks for the lessons!

  • ga adam

  • I learn something new every time I watch your videos. I'm teaching myself to play via youtube. Amazing!

  • Hey Adam!Very nice stuff! Thanks for all.I have one question, what is the difference between the normal 10 hole blues harmonica and the crossharp, which was mentioned more times? I guess the difference comes from the key of a song, is it true? Thank You, respect from Hungary

  • cross harp is simply a way of playing the 10 hole harmonica; it's the same thing as "second position." Playing a C harp in the key of G.

  • I only have a c but ima buy a new one because i want to play like you, keep up the inspiration

  • Hey Adam great lesson as always. Could you email me the notes you play after the Juke Riff thanks keep up the great work. thanks

  • Hey Adam!! Just got the good word that you are going to be assisting Jason Ricci with the advanced harp seminar at the Bean Blossom Blues Fest in Sept. I am looking so farward to being able to say hi. See ya there....

  • Yes, I'll definitely be there. See you on the festival grounds.

  • as always a great lesson

  • Absolutely the best harp teacher in the land!! Thanks so much Adam for bringing these little tricks to light. Heck, a fella has no choice but to improve listening to your lessons...

  • Ya' either got it or ya' don't... and boy, you've GOT it! And just when I think I might, you shock the hell out of me! To witness how simple this comes to you it fantastic! It's good to see what we as 'pupils' (mere shadows of what you are) can become... that is inspiring! You've heard it a million times, but thank!

  • thanx for taking the time with us adam, you have been inspirational and a true teacher, which is an honoured estate.please continue.woooooooow

  • thanks, Adam. very cool.

  • Salut Adam,

    A bientot Adam.

    Renato from Avignon.

  • Great stuff again Adam, Any change of playing some minor stuff on a future video....

  • G'day Adam, I used to think you were a pretty amazing harp player, but after watching you dissect these songs and instantly play along you really are bordering on pure genius. Every time I watch you it inspires me more and more. Cheers mate :) Tom in Oz,

  • glad I stumbled on this! be nice to add some dimension to my harp playin....

Gguess I will have to waste a lot of time looking thru the whole series.

  • A subscriber has generously put together a PDF index that lays all of them out. I'm going to post it for free downloading at modernbluesharmonica dot com

  • Great stuff Adam! That 2nd song ("Long Distance Operator") reminds me of songs like "Tequila" and "Room to Move". Fun songs for us harp players!

Can anyone think of any other similar songs ?

  • great playing but your kinda hyper haha

  • You're right. That's one of my characteristic moods. I'd like to think it's characteristic of our instrument, too.

  • I'd like to think harmonica is one place where a fella can be somewhat frenetic and still be cool..

    I'm lovin the lessons...

  • Adam, thanx for all awesome videos! But I'd like to see a video about tongue blocking. Could you play a slow example? When some one use TB in a riff, it sounds like a noise bewteen the notes, and i dont know how to do this! Thank you so much.

  • Adam, this one of my favorites of this series, great job!

  • Adam - I'm enjoying this immensely! Thank you so much for sharing your gift with us.

    Jam On!

    -BB

  • yeah...your do'in your job, man

    thanks again

  • hey could you dissect the parts of whammer jammer?

  • Enjoyed this one... it's nice to see the process of how you get into a song, your 'method', so to speak. Keep up the good work!
