When are the Kennedy's going to pay me back for JFK jr's funeral? Teddy boy arranged a burial at sea off a U.S warship with full honors. This for a man that never served in any branch or held public office. That day cost me 6 million dollars and was a complete disgrace. A perfect example of patronige and corruption.
@MrDukeblue3 ...ironic seeing that Teddy Boy drowned a woman , then went for breakfast....took a nap....called a lawyer....then reported it..........disrespect for the dead???

can enyone explane why so many ppl love JFK (not Jr). I don't meen to be rude I just have no idea. If u know a web site where all the Good things he did are listed please drop a line. Thank you.
Unfortunately seems Americans got dumber since then. They elected Bush twice, STARTED a war which JFK would never do, and is against universal healthcare which JFK was proposing.
I quite agree. It's amazing to watch the current healthcare debate. It's as if one half of the country suddenly decided to not read books anymore lol. JFK was an intellectual. Readers are leaders.
Actions speak louder than words. Look, I am very close to completing a History degree. So I love it when people argue with me, but I am the one studying it. I guess the history books are wrong...hell maybe George Washington really wasn't the first President.
I am well aware, but I also know the facts: Eisenhower first put troops in Vietnam. JFK escalated it, but it's hard to say if he was going to pull out or not. Alot of things he wanted to do after the 1964 election. So I don't think you can really say he 'started' any war yet.
@sjolinpeter Eisenhower was president when the Vietnam war started (1959) and LBJ escalated. Also, where is the proof he was cheated in? If you want to talk about cheated in, talk about how Bush won Florida's votes. It was the florida secretary of state which gave him the election.
The Eisenhower administration kept it to military adviser level and thereby not sending in regular troops. If Kennedy and his grossly incompetent administration (please note the failure of the Cuban Missile crisis ad the clear historical evidence of that) then the U.S. most likely would have won the war.
@xitongzou, I do not need the U.S. Governrment to supply me healthcare. I already have it and pay for it myself! Government funded healthcare does not work effectively anywhere in the world and it sure as hell won't work well here either. Also, americans have made dumb choices at the presidential elections in the decades since JFK such as voting in Johnson, Carter, Clinton, and now Obama.
@royalclass23548 Just because it doesn't work for you doesn't mean it won't work for others. What's your definition of effective? Compare America's quality of healthcare with other countries such as UK, Canada, Sweden, etc you'll find it it is actually quite similar despite our private system.
Don't feel sad m8 first of I'm not an American, second I don't believe in the governments of the world as they exist today. Most of them don't do a damn thin to improve the lives of there country-men, espesioly presidents. In the 90 everyone sayed that Clinton was the worst president in the histrey of the US, now a days people say thet J.B. Jr. is the worst. But today US has Obama and people believe HE will make all the difference, but you know what I'm more then certain He will not.
So the reason I asked the question in the first place was to understand WHY people believed in JFK, because he was obviously assassinated by VERY powerful individuals that NEEDED him out of the way.
Thanks for uploading,Mouse. Wherever you get these Kennedy videos that is great, keep up doing it, and, also, thanks for taking your time to upload them for all of us to see. It greatly and much appreciated. God bless you!
After the Kennedy's lost their power and luster, America got worse.

There was no family curse...just a family who was deeply hated by the wicked for wanting to do good for America.

1. Youngest President ever elected
2. Only Catholic President
3. Cuban Missile crisis averting war
4. Only President to win a pulitzer prize
5. Preposal of the Space Race program which eventually led to the U.S. getting to the Moon
6. War hero, Purple Heart
7. created the Peace Corps
8. Proposed what became the Civil Rights Act 1964
9. Proposed the New Frontier Plan which eventually became Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. LBJ got it thru in 1965 after Kennedy's proposal.

Yes, BUT JFK cranked up the Vietnam War machine. So, I wouldn't say he wouldn't start a war.
