I grew up in Dyersburg, now living in Michigan. I am floored when I saw this. Heartbreaking. Hopefully things will be able to return to normal soon

The DQ you see about 1:30 into the video now has water nearing the top of the windows from what I hear. I have a picture of it about 2 feet from the top of the windows that was taken this morning before 10:00.

this is really a state of emergency for dyersburg. Its worse than the great flood of 1937.
