I lose weight eating Jelly instead of snacking and i like to make 'fizzy jelly' i just add the raw jelly to the right amount of boiling water then instead of adding the cold water i add a can of diet fanta! :)
Becareful with raw meat in your fridge, you should store it on the bottom shelf if you plan to use it right away, otherwise in your deep freezer. You could get really sick sweetie! Be safe and the best of luck to you on your healthy eating!
It's interesting to see the foods you have and the way it is packaged. I like the individual packages of things you shared but it's often difficult to find around here and what you can purchase that way is often pricey. Tfs!
u have been talking bout healthy eating and diets for a while but i still havent lost weight?...do you perhaps have a thyroid problem...not trying to be mean, its just that for years tried loosing weight and couldnt and it turned out i had a thyroid problem..hope this helps
@lootaloop I've had my thyroid checked out loads of times but it always comes back as normal, I think I just need to increase my exercise, which I am doing now so hopefully it will start coming off faster! Thanks hun x
Hi hun ...just to let you know you should always store raw meat and fish on the bottom shelf of the fridge away from other foods ...so just use the bottom shelf for meat raw fish etc together and then store yogurts and cheese and cooked meats on the other shelfs ..you dont want any nasty tummy bugs ..x
