@nanakodesuyo the main reason that korea is not going to court is because a ruling by the IJC would go unnoticed by both groups since the rulings by the IJC are not enforced. the argument would keep going because regardless of the ruling, Japan will continue to try to take Dokdo or Korea will keep claiming ownership of Dokdo. That's the reason, not because SK is afraid of defeat because clearly, SK has more solid evidence than japan.

Besides why should Korea go to the ICJ? To go to court there needs to be a dispute and as far as korea is concerned no dispute exists. Move on.
