This boss fight was a bitch, especially when I got a new biochip and I was playing on the hard difficulty. Couldn't attack much with my fist and had crappy weapons >=[
I dont get why people complain about the characters in the game like how Namir was barely in the game. It's supposed to be realistic in real life you don't run into the bad guy every waking moment.
@RiseUpScorpio A character doesn't have to physically appear on the screen to give away information about him. The problem is we don't find anything out about Namir, I would have gladly clompeted a side quest just to get some information on that guy. I'm totally intrigued by his last line, but I will never find out more about his character unless I read the novel.
i heard the entire song because i ve changed the chip and i fought with no augumentations and the battle was pretty long (played on give me deus ex difficulty)
It's the official "stand-alone" soundtrack being released on the 15th of November, go to Amazon.com and search up Deus Ex Human Revoultion Soundtrack, once your there you can see there's a song named "Namir - Trailer Edit" which I assumed was the trailer version.
This is an extremely well-done song. You can just feel the desperation Adam feels for wanting revenge for what happened. Fighting Jaron with this song playing gave me chills. An unforgettable experience!
@TheJackRapper2 yeah but that's why he doesn't like this song, ain't it? This song was the journey to his defeat *Captain Obvious to the rescue moment*
@Amoki86 this is the namir bossfight theme. It was made because of namir. It was made because the protagonist fights namir. Why do we remember the joker, because everytime he is defeated by batman? hell no. Its because of what he is. This music represents what namir is. Granted namir did not have that much of a role in the game. Hell, he had only one worthwhile line in the entire game, and for that he got this theme. Thats a home run.If i was namir, i would have thumbed up this theme 100 times.
I think the reason why the first couple of bosses are so touch is because your not as fully upgraded as you are near the end. So it does'nt balance out, the first two should have been easier and the last two should have really pushed your abilities to the limit, which it does not. Thats why the last boss tends to be a piece of cake.
@SturFryIsGo0d I It's not explained in game, it's a backstory in the novel I think, Namir lost his sister and mother and family to terrorists, taht's why he became one and of course at that point Adam thought he'd lost Megan so.....
honestly thought this should have been the final boss... the music, the gameplay, the atmosphere, the fact that whatever you've done wont help you here.... the boss truly captures the sense of panic and misguidance..... such an amazing game
Took me so many tries to kill Namir. Finally I just waited for him to jump in front of me and I just used the typhoon and finished him off with a couple shots from the revolver. Took like 5 seconds lol.
@Jammed9000 Oh yeah, neither did I. When she ruptures a generator, the floor gets electrocuted, doing a lotta damage to her...and when I first fought her, to me too. I think I just chucked EMP nades and blasted her with my Shotgun and Revolver. Ya know, like every strong enemy. lol
@MikeIronweaver56 Wallpunch makes it really easy too, as you can just sit there in one of the little cubbyholes until she (literally) burns herself out.

A very good soundtrack, but it would be perfect with the chorus as in the trailer

I'll be honest, those words genuinely felt poignant at the time. I kind of know what he meant.

Many thought the bosses were annoying, for me, the music made them awesome.
Even if i died multiple times, hearing the music again was motivation enough to keep fighting.
