Now Kansas City welcomes him. Lets hope he can turn this offense around. I think his personality and love for the game and players is exactly what we need.

He presses my buttons sometimes, but in this instance he is 100% correct. "Character: There is no substitute for it". He obviously has tremendous love and respect for his players, as do they for him. Wouldn't mind hearing one of those speeches after a UGA game.
