Lady Gaga is deliberately a combination of all sorts of different themes of the past. Justin Bieber is just today's Frankie Avalon (look him up) etc etc..

Its so amazing to see all these comments about this song and Nik Kershaw...I had all his albums, I had his live performances on (gasp!) VHS and a mad mad mad crush on him when I was 12.
