When I went to NYC I got to go to the top of the Empire State Building. The view is fantastic, but the problem is that you have to wait in a huge fucking line to get there.

Srsly, you go in the building, wait in a security line, go in another line, go up an elevator, go in another line, another elevator, then up the stairs to another line before you get to the viewing station. Bullshit. The view compensated, though.

yer its hard work lol, i did it last year and it took about 2 hours, we went at winter so it was around -5 at the top. but it was still awsome. we got to skip the que for the last small lift and take the fire exit way, because they said it was the longest its been in a while.

I hope you had fun in NYC :), i've been here for 2 months already and i love it. The night life, the traffic, the lights, the buildings, every inch of the city. When you go on a rooftop you feel on top of the world and it's INCREDIBLE! I already adjusted to the NY lifestyle, it's so unfortunate i'm leaving again in 5 months to live in hawaii, to florida, and back here to NY :)

I was there in October of 2008. And I agree. It's the most beautiful place on God's earth. It's the only city I have visited that I hate seeing pictures of it because it makes me feel so sad and empty at the fact that I am not there :(
