This is just my impression of the characters: the customer sounds like an upper-class, slightly arrogant woman in perhaps her thirties or forties who has been impatiently waiting to be served. The waitress sounds nervous, as if either she is new to the job or is deathly afraid of offending the customer or both, though perhaps this comes from the speaker's hesitation in speaking rather than actual characterization).
Also, from a linguistic standpoint, you both sounds like you are reading.

pretty darn good.. language melody is lacking though.. it sound a little 'arabic' here, when it should be more like a very melodic type of finnish...

Just a few comments: thought "Tolkien" elvish would sound somewhat "airy", that it would sound like the words flow effortlessly...
