  • I recognized the Utah locations, brings back old memories. I was in Svc. company, 1st bat, 19th SFGA from 80-86.

  • I like your vid. Check out my 19th Jump on my home profile.

  • Great video, Thanks for the service as well. yl

  • One of the best military videos on youtube and good music...very well done...+5 HOOAH!!

  • Actually, most of those pictures were taken by other members of 19th and 20th GRP soldiers before the GSC element came into country for their 90 day wonder tour. I know a significant number of those pictures, especially of the Teams were taken by members of the Teams, I got the same pictures of them, from them at the end of the deployment when we were exchanging pics. And I bet they would be none to happy to see their pics online. You dont see any of them posting this kind of thing, PERSEC!

  • I think i might know the guy at 1:45.

  • Good luck to all. SFAS is the real deal. Not online gameplaying. Make sure your skills are mastered and your boots are laced up tight. Be prepared for alot of physical punishment. I wish everyone the best!

  • There is a 19th unit in so cal that does a

SFRE: Army Phyical Fitness test with 80% minimum in each even, minimum of 6 pull-us, 50m swim with ACU/boots and a 12 mile ruckmarch with 55lbs dry weight in under 3 hours

The ruck march was killer but I passed it

  • I would like to join the 19th in a couple years... Any advice?

  • Are you in the National Guard? If not join as 11Bravo MOS for starters

  • Yeah, am already CAANG 11B. I was asking more about how to physically and mentally prepare myself for the SFAS(assessment and selection) and SFQC(Qualification Course).

    Thanks

  • Know every skill and practice your smart book especially Land nav I was a road kill.

  • If you plan on going medic make sure you sharpen your biology grades. take AP classes if you can. 18 delta medics are the most in demand job specialty for the special forces. When need be they can perform minor surgeries in the field.
