well considering the lens on the w300 is external, they generally produced better picture, especially when zooming in. although, the lens used within the compact body, the picture still comes out very good i must say.. i went for t700 purely because its stylish, love my touchscreen and pictures looked fantastic to me - requires case and screen protector as it uses brushed metal

t700 is way better thant77 cuz first of all, if t77 was better, why is it cheaper than t700? and plus t700 has 4 gb and has 3.5 inch screen. but t77 is slimer but only by like half milimeter. so if youre trying to buy one of them, U SHOULD DEFF BUY THE T700.

Yes but for those of you who has a memory stick, you should get the t77 is my opinion. First of all, it's 100 bucks cheaper. Therefore it's alot more affordable. THe only difference is the t700 has 4gb of memory and 3.5 touch screen panel. But why do you need such a huge touch screen? The picture quality will not be better by THAT much. Also, you don't need so much memory space, especially since you have a memory stick. So yeah(:

w170 or w300 ? or other suggestion? i don't really care about mp amount as long as it's above 6 mp, one that has a flash compensation would be very very useful. All i need is a small pocket digicam which able to shoot indoor/low light for concert that easy to pass the security. Most of the time i got a blurry images. (please don't mention about fuji , tz5 due to it's poor mic .. or dslr i've had it) Thanks guys!
