@drneme Theres a USB recording function from the Pod. However if you insist, you'll probably plug your 57 into the TC and mic up an amplifier with the Pod running into the amp. You should be able to select the input from the TC in reaper.

@neo69hk I believe that is the sample rate of the impulses, high quality that is. I normally use the 16bit 44100khz ones up to the 24bit 48k

Hey man, great playing, cool tone. I have a bunch of Mesa OS Impulses you might dig. Just search "God's Cab" on google and you can DL 'em, totally free. They have different presence level settings which might help you dial in some sick tones.

@wjm123 Right on man, let me know how they work out! The majority of the Redwirez impulses were captured with a solid state power section whereas I used a tube power section. There should be some pretty big tonal differences between the two.

are using the usb conexion in the pod? and what compresor (vst i guess right?) are you using?

@TechcoreIsSexy Should be the stock sonitus one in Sonar. You can try Bombardier from Stilwell Plugins, that one is pretty good. Yes using the USB connection on the POD.

@Tempesas Thanks! I used my X3 live to record the tone with the cab emulation in the X3 live turned OFF. Then added an VST that loads impulses on to the track. So the cab emulation comes from the impulses and not the X3. Other than that its all the X3 except for the extra gate and compressor.

@Kebaldo very unlikely. You can try getting your hands on some of the lower end Line 6 stuff like the xt bean or something.
