Well Ho Chi Minh city has not been called Saigon for a long time. As for the clip, this was my exact experience every single time I crossed the road in Ho Chi Minh city. Craziest traffic in the world bar none.

@PizzaLord Politically imposed Saigon has been called as Ho Chi Minh city or Northerner Vietnamese calls it. South Vietnamese still calls it Saigon.
