I did everything. When I Click Source and click the DVD it says "Processing Title" It will say 1of 23, 2 of 23, 3 of 23, etc. But will stop at 16 of 23. And I waited a long time and it won't finish the processing. Help me please?

I was wondering about the subtitles part. I keep playing with the ripper but the video just vanishes once HandBrake is done ripping it. I have a forign movie that I have to manually go into the subtitles menu and click on 'English Subtitles' in order to put the subtitles on it. What do I do for ripping the movie with the subtitles?

I cant use the DVD43 thing because it doesnt support x64 (64-bit) computers, only x86 (32-bit). I used to use handbrake on my mac and it was the most easiest program I ever used, it was the best!

Hi James,,,,,,,,no problem and thank you ,,,,,I did try other softwares but to no avail.

and as I mentioned the dvdfab that I have and dvd shrink pretty much accomodate

my needs but for some reason, there will be one or two that are just super protected :)

be super locked......I will try the other softwares you listed and if that doesn't work

No, I mean it's a great to use with Hand brake, instead of dvd43. I use Hand brake to actually do the copying, I use dvdfab to uncopy-protect it.

I found a 64-bit compatible encoder/decoder. It's called DVDfab Passkey 7.0.2.2. It's a free download from dvdfab.com. Their are several different versions but that is the one that's free so make sure you get that one. It works GREAT!!!

Handbreak is a ripper but not the best in the world tho...but DVDFAB is a great DVD copier.. the best DVD RIPPER out now is WINX Platinum but its not free But they do have a free version that doesn't do copy wright movies. but u can use DVD43 (freeware) or AnyDVD (trail) to take care most of the copy wright protections

I spoke to soon as i waited for my movie to convert,,,,,,it did not convert the entire dvd,,,so I downloaded the 1ClickDvdCopy (free version, 3 loads) and will do the

two that I need for now (in hopes that it works),,,,,, bummer !

wow ! so happy I bumped into you after looking and looking for something free as I have dvd shrink and dvd fab but It just wasn't working,,,,,,It's the movie called The Shutter Island with DeCaprio :) sooooo I came to Youtube cuz I always find what I need on youtube and for free,,,,,,however, tonight it took 3 hrs to find ya :)

@n1les ok download the video. there are few different way to do that the way I do it is install " VIDEO DOWNLOAD HELPER" and use that to download the youtube video then you can use DVD Flicks or Windows DVD Maker to burn to disc or if you have Nero you can use Nero Vision to burn to disc

Your instructions were very accurate, and I'm in the process of copying a DVD right now... but like you said, it takes a LONG time... it's in phase 2 of the process, and the "ETA" says 3hrs 36min... so yeah, I can go to sleep and wake up at this point... lol... roxio don't decrypte copy protected DVD's , if you want to just back up dvd decrypter, shrink, DVDFab are all good program to use. but in my opinion Magic DVD Ripper is the best. but you have to pay for it. unless you get a crack version.

Allot of people are telling me handbreak sucks. but in my opinion Magic DVD Ripper is the best. DVD fab only copy in video ts/iso files. Magic will do that and other file formats like MPEG 2, AVI, MP4. and so on.

none it is LEGAL to back up your own dvd . So downloading DVD43 is LEGAL. u have a right to backup your DVD but it is illegal to back up ones that u didn't buy like one's from blockbuster

yeh as long as its your video also there are alot of other rippers out there you can try. like DVDshrink , FreeDVDripper, DVDFab, BitRipper, and many others ( & they are free) But my fav. is Magic DVD Ripper I think thats the best one, but its NOT free

no sorry it doesn't . I think the only reason DVD43 doesn't support 64 bit Vista is because all drivers must be signed in 64 bit Vista (32 bit Vista permits unsigned drivers).A signed driver is basically no different than an unsigned driver, other than the fact that the signature permits the os (Vista) to identify the author.

Given that, DVD43 is illegal programs in the U.S.A., should be obvious why the author(s) of DVD43 are not interested in requesting a digital signature

DVDFab 5 is actually a better DVD ripper for copy protected and Region type DVD.. Hand brake couldnt do my region 2 copyrighted disc but DVDFab 5 did.

yeah i knew about dvdfab , DVD shrink, Any dvd, and dvd decrypter. and none of those will rip in wma avi or mpeg formats I was looking for a freeware that will rip in wma avi or mpeg formats on my hard drive like magic dvd ripper does.
