  • ....and that's the way it goes in real life. No drama, no wrestling matches, none of that phony "All Worked Up" business. Every serve can be totally different than the last one and staying sharp, business like and aware is crucial.

  • Ahhh. The wonderful drop serve. Very useful tactic when defendant is denying identity. I had 1 that I drop served. He looked me up on internet and called me about an hour later. He said "hi you just served me" I asked him his name, he said "j doe" I asked who the name on the paper was and he said "j doe" I said thanks for the confirmation. He said but "I don't want to be served".

  • @hamfest Sounds Like "j Doe" didn't know U were also a witness to service. Evading service just makes the job a Bit more interesting. Gotchaserved !!!!! Process servers have to take every serve with an individual approach & a certain amount of precaution. No Matter how many serves behind your belt, every serve is different. When a server knocks on a door, there can be no expectation of reaction from the defendant and you must be professional at every level no matter what. Thanks for the Comment
