The offense is simple verbal assault. The thing is this officer has better things to do that get a call from some punk such as the one on this video. Not even 2 yrs ago if i had received a call like that the punk might have fallen face first in the parking lot while resisting arrest. (catch my drift) This situation applies to the camera guy and the surrounding know it alls around. 3 times of non compliance gets you sprayed. understand? Ignorance is job security.

As a matter of fact i am from Hattiesburg and it is alot worse than it used to be. Even 10 years ago the crap that goes on now wasn't as prevalent as it is today. Fact of the matter is. Don't be stupid and you never have to worry about it. I have dealt with HPD on both sides. Years ago on the wrong side and now on the better side. It makes a big difference depending on the point of view your standing at. As for speeders, "hey ya gotta make quota some how."
