London continues to become the architectural laughing stock of Europe with this vapid mediocrity. Designed yet again on a napkin by some autistic brute from foreign shores, it has neither, style, grace or asthetic merit. To compare this ugly, glass needle with some of the stunning architecture it dwarfs, you'd be forgiven for thinking it was us who lived in the dark ages.

Dude what is this music in the background? Is it Sigur Rós? Such a great choice of track to put with the vid, works very well. Oh yeah and great video, you'll need to do a more up to date one as construction is fast on this project.

Yeah, the lower steel work shows how big the whole thing is going to be. The central structure hasn't reached the top yet but the tower in front is being covered and demolished floor by floor from the top.

What I like best from the project is that Southark being more efficient than the poncy City to build highrises.

you can imagine how big this thing is gonna be, that is just the core with all the stairs ect and its already huge!
