hi ,i want to make schedule for your workouts.I want to make my belly flat and breast smaller.and also want to decrease my hips. you recommended to do stomach workout every other day and also this video. but how I manage these both workouts in a week..i m a girl of 21 and 49 kg and 5 feet.but want to tone my whole body.
@maryakhalid3 Hi, how about doing my 10-minute cardio video three times a week and the sit ups video three times a week followed by the pushups. That way you will be doing something every day, except one.
Your Videos are really helpful, seeing you do this really inspires me on working out more :D and thanks for the tips I'll be sure to try em to my next workout :)
Hi, do them every other day. That's the best way to build and strengthen muscle. How many you do is up to you. Do them until you cannot do them anymore :o)
i really like your tips and videos... i want to do more at home work outs then in a gym... i have a gym at home now so i was wondering how much cardio do you do a week?
Great video and great information! Also, I was wondering if you ever get aches and pains from exercising? I read that this is normal when you work a muscle more or in a different way but I was wondering what you have to say since you're so brilliant in the exercising field! :D
Hi, I do. Sometimes I'll have a particularly rigorous session and will feel sore in certain muscles the next day, or perhaps I ran a bit too long and my legs will feel like tired. I always give my body the proper rest to recover because I don't want to end up with injuries as that only sets you back. For the most part, I usually feel great after exercising; it's usually when I haven't lifted weights in a while because I was sick or away that I feel a bit sore the next day. I don't mind :o)
Okay, great! Thanks for the response! I hate to keep bothering you with questions but like I said you know so much about fitness! :D Thanks a million! :D
I love the way you make your videos. They're is simple, clear and persuasive. You seem like a very nice and polite person. I love you and your videos! Please make more videos and keep us entertained!
Hi, there sure is. Push ups! These are amazing for building muscle and strength. Keep increasing the amount you do as you get stronger and stronger. You can even add resistance by putting a flat weight on your upper back. Pull ups are also good and pull up bars can be found in many playgrounds. Please take a look at my Playground workout when you have time. It's great for someone who does not want to join a gym.
Hi, I definitely think you should keep conditioning it, however, ask your doctor what exercises are safe to perform until your arm is strong enough. You may need to start slowly introducing strengthening and conditioning exercises to build your muscle back up slowly.
Thanks so much. I never knew about the 90 degree thing. My wife and I are training together and this is very helpful. I am 63 and she is 60. She tried her first push up this week and this is helpful. May if I knew about the 90 degree thing my shoulder would be in pain.
Hi, I'm so glad you found my video helpful. Proper form is everything in exercise, otherwise, unfortunately you do find out the hard way like with your shoulder. Thanks so much for your terrific feedback :o)
Hi, I just subscribed. I love ur channel because you have a little bit iof everything. Your body looks great, better than many 20 year olds i'd say. I wanted to ask you... I am trying to tone and gain muscle, dont really need to loose much weight. What do you recommend? Help please!!
Hi, thanks so much for subscribing and for your very kind compliment! I think weight training would be just what you need. You will see results very quickly as you gain more strength and tone your body. You can do this with dumbbells at home or you can go to a gym and use weight machines. If you are interested in doing some arm work at home, please check out my video on this when you have time. Of course, do push ups. They are wonderful for your upper body.
ive been doin pushups for almost 2 months and now theyre just extremly easy, ive started to make them harder by doing wide grip incline, pushups but i was wondering are there any dangers in doing them ??
Hi, if you are in good shape, and it certainly sounds like you are, you shouldn't have a problem with the wide grip push ups. I see many fit people doing them for more challenge. ust let your body be your guide, and if you feel any discomfort at any point, stop doing them. You don't want to injure yourself and then have to deal with recovery. It can really set your fitness program back. Keep up the good work!!
Skipping is an aerobic exercise. It gets your heart pumping and you burn calories. You should do both an abs exercise routine for your abdominal muscles and push ups for upper body strength.
Hi, that's a very good question. You should be warmed up whenever you do your resistance and toning exercises in order to get full range of motion and prevent injury. Before I filmed this video, I had just come back from jogging and I followed that with a 5 minute stretch routine. It's best to plan to do your push ups towards the end of your exercise routine.
about how long do you think it took you to form the muscle you have in your arms now? and how long each day, or whatnot did you dedicate to your arms? aka, whats your method?
Hi, that so hard for me to say. I have always tried to keep my arms well toned. If I had to give you an amount of time for you to achieve well-toned arms, I would say maybe 2-3 months. I recommend working them out no more than every other day, or at least 3 times per week. Be sure to do cardio exercise because that helps reduce excess fat that can cover your hard work. If you would like to read more about my exercise routine, please visit my blogspot. The link is in my the description.
i think u are explaing very good at all videos i saw until yet. also people with no experience are able to follow u and i think its nice that u said " its ok if its only one". so ppl with less muscle mass won't lose there motivation at the beginning :) keep it up^^
Hi, thanks so much for your kind words. I really take that to heart. I want viewers to stay motivated no matter what level of fitness they are at because if they keep going they will see wonderful changes and improvements to their health and strength. I appreciate your comment.
Hi, you don't have to do them daily. Every other day is fine so you can give your muscles time to rest and repair. Do as many sets as you are able depending on how easy they are for you. If one set is hard and you are struggling by the end then leave it at that, otherwise keep challenging yourself. When they become very difficult then you can stop.
Hi, don't give up, that's perfectly normal. You're just not used to them. Just stop when you cannot go any more. Give your body time to recover (a day or two) and try again. Do the same number. Hopefully they will get easier. Once they get a little easier add one or two more. You will see improving results in time, I promise!
Hi, yes, even slim people should do push ups. Everyone should do them. Even slim people need to build strength and muscle. You can actually be slim and be out of shape athletically. Thank you for that important question; I'm sure others would like to know that as well :o)

And the other question relates to the elbow position. How far is your elbow from the body when you do this. It is hard to see from the video. I have seen versions with elbows very close to the body and versions with the elbow very much turned around to the outside.
Hi, perhaps you can use push up bars. You grip them and do your push ups. With these you don't have to put your hands flat on the floor. My elbows are not very close to my body. They are out and my hands are about shoulder width apart, maybe a tiny bit more. It a natural comfortable position. If you get down on all fours like you are going to do a cat stretch, take notice where you place your hands. That's right where they should be.

In the hospital they said that I had to keep conditioning, but what's your advice?
