I don't see how what anyone has to do is regulated by the solar calendar, nor the "New Year" holiday, we don't all make "New Year's" resolutions, but most of us are on our own time-frame of transformation. The NEW YEAR has nothing to do with it. This is an old message, but it should still be answered. WHAT holding pattern? Then again, I have been busy with inner transformation, and showing others by example (of positives and negatives), so maybe someone else perceives a holding pattern.

I do a lot of chi-kung/energy work and it feels like my practice has accelerated for me in the past few months. My teacher says that the results from these kinds of spiritual work (yoga, meditation, chi-kung) will be accelerated in these times. The same cosmic/electromagnetic/spiritu­al energy causing the earth changes can change humans for the better if they align themselves to receive this energy.

I'm fortunate to have a boss who lets me have wayshower discussions at work when customers come through an question what is going on .

I like to think I give out enough info to head them in the right direct .

But there are some that know an tell me they do not want to think about it .

If you ever head toward Washington state please let me know in advance on your one day workshops .
