Yeah, Beyonce has more experience, and Beyonce knows all kind of dancing styles... Ciara only does one type of dance and that's street dance, that's it... Beyonce dance street in the Destiny's child video "Lose My Breath" and more and danced other styles in other videos... I love me some Ciara now, don't get me wrong... That girl in the blue hat be messin up. At 2.56 she didnt do the footwork for the move, just the hand motions. And I agree that the girl in the white is a good dancer, but her style seems different from Ciara's. Ciara did it more smooth and flowing, while the white hat chick was about hitting the marks hard, and being agressive. I would have to say tho that she should have toned it down considering all the other dancers were more smooth. She needs to blend not stand out.

Actually if you look @ the video closely you'll see that the girl in the white hat is hitting every move on the head. And on top of that she's accenting the necessary moves.
