Because he at least got to super saiyan 4, but vegeta needed a machine to get to ss 4.

@AndyJnice Alot of people say that but think about it. Vegeta was always one step behind Goku. Goku turned super saiyan and then Vegeta and so on and so on. So Vegeta and Goku are pretty mutch the same. The battle would be pretty epic and probley destroy solar systems lmao.
