This guy is just part of the fraud. See the court ruling in MA today. If you trade stocks you better start shorting the banks. There will be lawsuits from millions of Americans and firms that purchased these bogus mortgages.

I was lucky enough to buy in around 2001 tho...I do think the fraudulent expansion instigated by the fed and our government deserves some attention as well..is it fair they potentially destroy someones life in their scheme..definetly consider them..they screwed as well....If the markets were not completely distorted I would agree 100% btw this is the first month in 50%down year and I cant pay(need insur..(ill catchup in the next 2 months)..wish me luck

Ha...you would be stupid to buy in this market unless you go with a FHA (3.5% down) and 8K tax credit type loan. Than it would be like a few years ago when you had 100% financing. Hard to lose on 100% financing. LOL! It just might be cheaper than renting...?
