  • hahaha i like how the commercial for this video was for mcdonalds chicken mcbites. irony, anyone?

  • The last time I ate at McDonals was 11 years ago :)

  • Well at least this shit is not everywhere yet...

  • Full-length video at FullDocumentary [dot] com

  • The part where the old farmer had to file bankruptcy because monsanto sued him just for making his own seeds made me cry. He look so sad and hate that it seems more and more that the law is harming good people instead of protecting them. :(

  • This movie should be in the "horror" genre.

  • if we all started to only buy organic(so much that each store always sold out of organic food),then they would have to end up growing more organic food, and sooner or later organic food cost would get as low as non organic food is right now. I would buy organic right now, but i still live with my parents(im 19) and i have no job, but when i do move out and get a job,i'll buy some organic, and hopefully one day there won't be no organic

  • As long as it smells like the money to some people, it won't stop, no matter how hard you try. How hard we try.

  • all about lobbyism...

  • It is time to make a change! Thanks a lot for making this movie!

  • Its movies like these that make me want to grow my own food in my backyard..

  • if u guys thought this documentary was terrifying then try watching then try watching "Earthlings" OR if ur into seafood then watch "The Cove"

  • @huzar237 Seafood's even bad for you? I don't eat any meat at all then a little bit of seafood and then all vegetables. I will watch those videos, thanks for tellin us.

  • The most brutal thing is the Monsanto prohibiting you to save YOUR seeds and plant them again next year. Basically this is violation of one of the most basic human rights (like to breath) to have the opportunity to feed himself if he has all the means for doing it in his property.

  • Proof that big corporate companies only care about money. They made food out of corn since it's so cheap, thus able to make more profit.

If we all bought more organic and locally grown foods, we would be much healthier.

  • Fnatastic documentary...the best story I've read so far is " paint it like Picasso" I bought the ebook for $1 on amazon.

  • You know, companies will do ANYTHING to keep a profit, even if it means doing something good. I think this movie says more about the American Consumer than it does about companies.

  • Не једите смеће од хране прављено по Codex Alementarius систему то je тровач светских размера !

  • @lidijadrazic78 али одакле ја знам шта се у Србији по том кодексу продаје

  • was this movie referenced to pop culture

  • I will never be a vegetarian but I do believe our food should be allowed to live humanely. Happy animals taste better.

  • It´s all about the MONEY !

  • I'm 16 and not many people are open to the fact that what we have been doing is torturing this planet.. going out and buying hummers, trucks, pesticides, herbicides, and just not caring about what goes into the atmosphere effects us and nature and the planets future and evolution and our climate (weather). We, humans, are a species, and this world isn't built FOR us, it's built for every living thing on this planet - cows, insects, frogs, dogs, so-on.

I just wish people would realize the truth~

  • @WindsorSpitfiresRock They know the truth.. they just don't give a fuck.

  • seeings how i might only gain a couple years of life by busting my ass trying to eat organic i think i'll just go grab a whopper....and i'm from canada, so i guess we're doomed too

  • @UUreviews ..whatch the whole film, its not just about nutrition... these films will change the way you think of the World.

  • after watching this movie, i have NO idea what to EAT and what NOT TO EAT, im already vegetarian but now i should stop eating corn aswell???

  • JAJAJAJAJAJA

  • i wish we all had money to afford organic food

  • @PrincessPaulettepro Learn how to identify wild edible and toxic plants, helps a lot. Also learning how to grow your own food, do you have a Trader Joe''s in your area? They are well known for their reasonably priced organic foods.

  • Modern Technology Methods

offers a thermophilic anaerobic digestion system designed to cleanly and efficiently convert poultry waste into high quality methane gas.The Modern Technology Methods Poultry Anaerobic Digester is an American energy, agricultural, and environmental solution, also providing a major investment opportunity!

  • We should start standing up and buy organic items now!

  • This movie was inspiration for Freight Farms, check out their kickstarter project. help them make it happen

  • We have a simular problem here in australia with mostly how our Meats are processed and since the 4 corners story on it it's been pretty controversial both australia and world wide

  • Great movie and yes like supersize me

  • monsant is the devil!!!!! meat eating is nasty.. ..I eat local organica and im a vegetarian..this movie made me cry ...poor animals:(

  • Buncha hypocrites.

  • Each one of us are suppose to be creative and special in our own ways thus *creating* our lives with time but with this "money" that moves in time tangent to us, life has become about using creativity to compete *against* each other in this market. Life use to be about humans, now its about money.

  • this makes me hate those people so much but thank you for making this movie to the people who made it

  • i used to eat organic food but then i took an arrow in the knee.. :)

  • @louis4151 I think 'I used to protest for the rights of factory farmed animals but then i took an arrow in the knee' sounds better don't you?

  • i like food

  • Surprising, The only nation that complains about food. Is one that has PLENTY. in other areas where people are starving. They could care less about what they eat if it's organic or non organic. You people live in your own fucking world with your beliefs about it.

  • @tehatemachine its not just the food that we are eating. its the fact that this country and many others are feeding the corporate giants who are basically working hand in hand with the government. this movie isn't saying that world poverty or lack of food elsewhere is unimportant or trivial. its simply revealing the disgusting fact that the these companies are growing bigger and bigger with the help of consumers who don't know about these things. its still an issue, why ignore it?

  • @LorenaAwesomeChannel Companies are fine by themselves when they have to compete. Companies being subsidized by government and government interfering with the free market is another issue. But the thing is that i hear alot of people say that, yet they agree with governing regulations.

  • Reading YouTube comments always reminds me that America is doomed.

  • @Josh690315 ... yeah, I hear ya. no wonder the corperations took the World away from "us" so easily.

  • @Josh690315 Go suck Jay-Z's dick you faggot

  • @Josh690315 Not america, just the united states

  • @Josh690315 I'm an American...and I approve this comment lol

  • i dont give a fuck about the animals, why should we care, we need meat, we need food ffs

  • @treekxie

We should care because our own SURVIVAL depends on it!...Dumbass

  • @gordodacat okey tell me when its time for me to die because of the meat i eat and support,

  • @treekxie

sure .... ull die from heart disease, diabetes, heart attack and many other diseases that humans are causing for themselves due to their excessive meat consumption...and as far as who or when ppl will die.. just look to your grandkids and say "im sorry"

  • @treekxie

oh and one other thing.....u are absolutely free to put w/ ever you like in your body..But just try to eat healthy for about Three full weeks and you will notice the difference ! GUARANTEED.

  • @gordodacat only sallad and fish? i will try

  • @treekxie fruits , and nuts too ; )

  • Grow your own food!

  • problem here guys is its all well and good demanding this stops but are you willing to pay the extra for your unintensively farmed food? sadly, given the choice most would buy the $5 battery chicken over the $10 organic one and hope everyone else does the right thing instead. guilt free, healthier options have been around for many years so why are these amoral food producers still finding buyers? supply and demand. and this is not solely a US problem, almost all countries are guilty of this.

  • @AliveInMyCrypt err...80 million?? I think you mean 300 million and USA consumes (and wastes) 15% of the worlds food, so dont speak until you know anything about what you are talking about. Thanks

  • has anyone ever noticed that the heinz ketchup bottle has a picture of a tombstone on it. Since ketchup like never goes bad all those preservatives can't be good for you.

  • Great movie!

  • This documentary should be viewed in EVERY classroom ! Thank you to all the Teachers who shown it already. Voici un documentaire qui devrait être exposé dans toutes les classes.

  • Try the movie 'Earthlings'. Its way more informative about the truth. And will actually convice you to change your ways. /watch?v=FHA4HNbmDLg

  • I have a cabbage patch in my garden to avoid all this dispicable shit what occurs to the animals. It means I have bad bowels - I let rip with the most disgusting, stinking farts all the time - but my health is otherwise fine. No Ecoli for me. No eBay either. LOL! ROFLMAO!

  • I'm vegetarian so most of this doesnt concern me. However one eye opener in this fantastic documentary is the part on MONSANTO. Fucking evil motherfuckers. And the legion of lawyers who would sell their own mothers to make a dime. And the fucking politicians who rape their own daughters to make a dime and take the bribe. Glad I don't live in america. American's fight monsanto. Veggie Libel laws? fucking disgrace.

  • @mykebulvai Being a vegetarian does not protect you from E.coli or even salmonella, you probably don't know where your food comes from...

and your government is probably corrupt too so don't say America sucks when clearly everyone has problems, atleast people are trying to fix things here

but yes, Monsanto is a disgrace

  • you know, this was pretty informative, but you know how many people are in the world? mass production is a sad but needed truth and reality in order to sustain our consumption or we would starve. makes me sick but its the truth

  • watch?v=MSpkLk0vYmk

  • The most useful human being for Earth is the dead one.

  • @suslu12 The only good human is a dead human.... hehe planet of the apes

  • yall hate this

  • 184 people distribute this food around the world

  • ThY farmers and thY Super-Markets!!

  • I eat 82-85% organic food all the time. just do like me : )

  • @fuckyou334 organic food isn't always best, in the case of eggs, organic chickens are treated no better than caged, they catch the same diseases, just aren't given the hormones/chemicals..

  • @fuckyou334 I make my own smoothies instead of buying juice ^.^

Poor animals that die, poor plants aswell...

  • @MegaCrackedEgg Oh wow you make smoothies :o

sorry but that doesnt protect you in any way....

  • @19Daniela95 ._.

Could you maybe find out the WHOLE conversation...? I'm pretty sure I'd rather make my own bloody smoothie with ingredients I am comfortable with and know of, not buy some juice with disgusting chemicals in it...

  • @fuckyou334 Organic label means squat all!

  • @fuckyou334 if u dont do anything about it, monsanto will soon take over ALL our foods, there will be no local organic stores, farmers markets if u just sit there and say its ok, just eat organic. We must fight back not sitting their and doing nothing.

  • @ratmdeathwan is right. there is a lot to do. but I think there is no hope . and + you have that dirty mad cow desease in almost top secret folders, that is the plague of the 21th century to resolve. you can't tell people whats going on because they dont care. mad world.

  • @fuckyou334 Got a few bucks for me ?

  • @AliveInMyCrypt It's a warning sign to say to other people : "Hey, our system don't work. It's corrupted, unhealthy, give us disease and don't even give us what we need. Don't follow the same path".

  • why cant we all just get along?

  • @awkwardjillian then there would be no need for death, no need for heaven no need for good to triumph over evil...and the world will be as useless as a picture of oxygen is to a drowning man

  • 7 billion people don't need to watch this. Only USA does. This food problem of your country (USA) doesn't apply to any other country. This is the first movie about food and guess which country they're talking about?

  • @iDunnoYuTellMe : And tell me, do you really think that those companies mentioned in the movie didn't branch out to other countries? Especially the developing ones or those form the former Communist Block? Yeah, ignorance is bliss indeed.

  • @iDunnoYuTellMe - wtf? Same shitty stuff happens on Brazil. They grow Chickens in 49 days too, and they apply hormonies to them aswell. There's almost no fucking organic products on our supermarkets. The only difference between Brazil and USA in the food issue is that we'renot fat as Americans.

  • @umcarainteressante your food has less fat?

  • @iDunnoYuTellMe Super size me?

  • i hate it wen food i swallow goes to the wrong tube!!!!

  • is kriminell , is not ok.

  • What do they give the chickens (specifically) to help them grow quicker?

  • @cheesynounou I don't think you could find out specifically unless you talked to a former employee who dealt with the breeders. I'm sure their formulas are kept secret. I know from working for one that besides genetically altering the parents the are fed massive amounts of growth hormones and antibiotics. I think the growth hormones in our food is what is making our children develop so early. What else is it doing to us?

  • @cheesynounou

do u want some ? lol

  • @kedordu Yea I need some for my chickens

  • @cheesynounou growth hormones

  • My school showed us this movie....we got skeptical about our lunch food.

  • Great movie.. if you want something even harder to watch, check out Earthlings. you can watch the entire video on youtube. the best response you can do is to go vegetarian and buy local!!

  • @jeff4bucks - Yes, that film is completly awesome. I'm not a vegan right now because If I turn out to be one, my family would shout at me so much that my life would turn into shit.

  • Look at the stupid white redneck talking about "It smells like money to me" SMH He makes Americans look bad. All people in this country care about is money, money, money. Money is worth more than people's health and ultimately their lives. SMH

  • @MrRonnieCarson well said MrRonnieCarson

  • @hersan33 Thank you.

  • @MrRonnieCarson welcome

  • @MrRonnieCarson but this guys wasnt even that evil. He just has no chance to do something else

  • @MrRonnieCarson Like that's an American thing? Bitch please

  • @MrRonnieCarson but he is completely right

  • We're watching this in class tomorrow...

  • killing animals for food is pure evil.

  • @88suckadicknohomo then how are we supposed to survive? if we dont eat we dont live.

  • @88suckadicknohomo they also eat each other, is all within the food web. If you think its evil killing animals for food you should consider commiting suicide yourself and eat parts of your body if you can't eat the food "from" other animals.

  • @cokebrick fucking freak!

  • The trailer certainly draws me to viewing the whole film, if and when there's an opportunity to do so.

The guy at the end of the clip promises to deliver truly healthy, so real, food, and I'm wary of "promises", but this is definitely one that can be lived up to by any intelligent farmer, as well as any intelligent ordinary gardener.

I live in Quebec, Canada, and organic food here is mostly much too expensive, surely far more than is justifiable in a FAIR market ; but I buy whatever I can.

  • @OderuntDumMetuant

you're totally right, all those obese americans have been really responsible so far

  • w/e

  • i planted a lemon tree and bought large clay pots and started growing my own vegetables in my little garden, we have to start somewhere, right?

  • Comment removed

  • anyone can start a small farmer's market and get people involved where they are at...

  • Best documentary that I've seen this year.

  • Moral of the story: don't buy junk food. If your grandparents didn't eat it, why would you?

  • its funny how dramatic it is.

  • Dumb people who believe genetically grown food is a good idea should watch this.

  • Instead of watching this in school, we got to watch Super Size Me -.-

  • been vegan for years...

  • Watched this in Health today.....

  • NOT HEINZ KETSHUP! :(

  • No one fucking listened to me before this. Now everyone buys the "organic" or "simply" juice from the supermarket and acts like they're helping. It's like they didn't even fucking watch the movie!

  • Comment removed

  • Disliking this video is like disliking the TRUTH !!

  • @VannyARTS the people that disliked i are the people who benefit from peddling the crap food that fills our supermarkets....

  • i just hope when people watch this movie they take ACTION. Not watch it and say "oooh that's bad" and then two days later buys a big Mac. We need to take action now!

  • OMG !!

  • grow your own vegetables and raise your own cows

  • I will only be happy once 7 billion people will have watched this movie.

  • @MenwithHill yessssssss

  • @MenwithHill you want little babies to watch this movie?

  • @MenwithHill hi im a culinary student and my chef told us to watch the movie. she said when she watched it it took her awhile to eat food again. im scared...but im going to get it

  • its ironic that the advert for this movie is mcdonalds

  • awkward moment when the ad before the video is for McDonalds....

  • meanwhile in russia...............

  • bless you few that try to make good food, proper food, clean food for people but it's a losing fight if you want to change all that. you can make that for yourself and the locals around you but good luck.

  • Make laws for healthy nutritious food and abolish fast food and other unhealthy food retailers who poison the people.

  • @DjHardJ Good luck doing that with all the money floating around.

  • @DjHardJ It's the peoples choice to eat it.

  • I'm not totally food concious but this trailer made me think. I love food, love cooking - and I know America as a whole needs to start eating healthier (we hear this every day), but what I didn't think of is that WHAT I eat (how it's processed, grown, created) is actually bad (even if we think it's a "healthy" food or not)....

Don't forget to check out partyhype.webs.com!

  • @ebey04 Its not about us eating healthier only, its about the corruption that lies in big corporations..

  • there r no farmer markets in NJ. only way we get food is from big company who tourter animals and make em unatural. im gona go fishing before were not allowed to fish anymore.

  • @rcdat609 I have attended two farmers markets in NJ and any local farms, farm shares (where you plant) or CSAs (buying in a group from a local farm) can be found through the Local Harvest web site. Easier than you think, but no one knows where to look.

  • i watched this documentary. they only show you the extremes (though VERY true). but there are ways to take precautions preventing these terrible things from happening.

  • keep your food fresh with the Banana Seal - - it will save you money every day and your leftovers will not go stale! Check it out on the website: SaveTheBananaSeal

  • Hm.. whatev's. I think this movie is for the people that still think chips and twinkies taste good and don't know what organic means.
