The part where the old farmer had to file bankruptcy because monsanto sued him just for making his own seeds made me cry. He look so sad and hate that it seems more and more that the law is harming good people instead of protecting them. :(
if we all started to only buy organic(so much that each store always sold out of organic food),then they would have to end up growing more organic food, and sooner or later organic food cost would get as low as non organic food is right now. I would buy organic right now, but i still live with my parents(im 19) and i have no job, but when i do move out and get a job,i'll buy some organic, and hopefully one day there won't be no organic
@huzar237 Seafood's even bad for you? I don't eat any meat at all then a little bit of seafood and then all vegetables. I will watch those videos, thanks for tellin us.
Any coincidence that the letters of Monsanto rearranged form "Not Mason" and "Saton Mon?" It's like the Masonic, Illuminati, Lucifer-lovin', NWO group is the obvious elephant in the room here.
The most brutal thing is the Monsanto prohibiting you to save YOUR seeds and plant them again next year. Basically this is violation of one of the most basic human rights (like to breath) to have the opportunity to feed himself if he has all the means for doing it in his property.

7 billion people don't need to watch this. Only USA does. This food problem of your country (USA) doesn't apply to any other country. This is the first movie about food and guess which country they're talking about?
@iDunnoYuTellMe : And tell me, do you really think that those companies mentioned in the movie didn't branch out to other countries? Especially the developing ones or those form the former Communist Block? Yeah, ignorance is bliss indeed.
@iDunnoYuTellMe - wtf? Same shitty stuff happens on Brazil. They grow Chickens in 49 days too, and they apply hormonies to them aswell. There's almost no fucking organic products on our supermarkets. The only difference between Brazil and USA in the food issue is that we'renot fat as Americans.
I have found this movie to be very interesting...it's also very funny..Great just great... I would totally tell people to watch this movie...my recommandation is sitemoovis.co.cc where's free
@cheesynounou I don't think you could find out specifically unless you talked to a former employee who dealt with the breeders. I'm sure their formulas are kept secret. I know from working for one that besides genetically altering the parents the are fed massive amounts of growth hormones and antibiotics. I think the growth hormones in our food is what is making our children develop so early. What else is it doing to us?
This film has something very strong and inspiring inside its story. It helped myself to figure out and remember who am I for real. What else I can say??? Well, I absolutely loved this film, it was edgy and fast paced throughout. It is available for free at 'daving info'!
Great movie!! I loved trying to figure out all the clues and why some thing happened in it, and I cried at the very end...I would like to say what happened but I don't want to ruin the end for those who haven't seen it yet. So, all I can say is: PEOPLE, GO TO SEE THIS AND FIGURE OUT THIS STORY ON YOU OWN...IT IS ON 'daving info'.
Great movie.. if you want something even harder to watch, check out Earthlings. you can watch the entire video on youtube. the best response you can do is to go vegetarian and buy local!!
@jeff4bucks - Yes, that film is completly awesome. I'm not a vegan right now because If I turn out to be one, my family would shout at me so much that my life would turn into shit.
Look at the stupid white redneck talking about "It smells like money to me" SMH He makes Americans look bad. All people in this country care about is money, money, money. Money is worth more than people's health and ultimately their lives. SMH
@88suckadicknohomo they also eat each other, is all within the food web. If you think its evil killing animals for food you should consider commiting suicide yourself and eat parts of your body if you can't eat the food "from" other animals.
The trailer certainly draws me to viewing the whole film, if and when there's an opportunity to do so.
The guy at the end of the clip promises to deliver truly healthy, so real, food, and I'm wary of "promises", but this is definitely one that can be lived up to by any intelligent farmer, as well as any intelligent ordinary gardener.
I live in Quebec, Canada, and organic food here is mostly much too expensive, surely far more than is justifiable in a FAIR market ; but I buy whatever I can.
No one fucking listened to me before this. Now everyone buys the "organic" or "simply" juice from the supermarket and acts like they're helping. It's like they didn't even fucking watch the movie!
Hey all, I am a cook and I created my own cooking show here on youtube to share my passion. I would love it if I could get some support from you and ask you to check out my videos. Soon, I will be putting up a video of a dish from my native country Cameroon (W. Africa) that I think all will find pleasing. Please give it a look, and if not please thumbsup this comment so maybe someone else will. One click can push me closer to my dream....
i just hope when people watch this movie they take ACTION. Not watch it and say "oooh that's bad" and then two days later buys a big Mac. We need to take action now!
@MenwithHill hi im a culinary student and my chef told us to watch the movie. she said when she watched it it took her awhile to eat food again. im scared...but im going to get it
bless you few that try to make good food, proper food, clean food for people but it's a losing fight if you want to change all that. you can make that for yourself and the locals around you but good luck.
I'm not totally food concious but this trailer made me think. I love food, love cooking - and I know America as a whole needs to start eating healthier (we hear this every day), but what I didn't think of is that WHAT I eat (how it's processed, grown, created) is actually bad (even if we think it's a "healthy" food or not)....
there r no farmer markets in NJ. only way we get food is from big company who tourter animals and make em unatural. im gona go fishing before were not allowed to fish anymore.
@rcdat609 I have attended two farmers markets in NJ and any local farms, farm shares (where you plant) or CSAs (buying in a group from a local farm) can be found through the Local Harvest web site. Easier than you think, but no one knows where to look.
i watched this documentary. they only show you the extremes (though VERY true). but there are ways to take precautions preventing these terrible things from happening.
if you want food tips go to food events and more on twitter follow @Sagittariuschef he is a cool chef someone cool to talk to and gives great food advice and regular advice follow him give them a thumbs up and help an up and coming chef reach his dreams!

Proof that big corporate companies only care about money. They made food out of corn since it's so cheap, thus able to make more profit.
If we all bought more organic and locally grown foods, we would be much healthier.

What do they give the chickens (specifically) to help them grow quicker?
cheesynounou 2 months ago

Look at the stupid white redneck talking about "It smells like money to me" SMH He makes Americans look bad. All people in this country care about is money, money, money. Money is worth more than people's health and ultimately their lives. SMH

@88suckadicknohomo then how are we supposed to survive? if we dont eat we dont live.
cokebrick 3 months ago

Don't forget to check out partyhype.webs.com!

@ebey04 Its not about us eating healthier only, its about the corruption that lies in big corporations..

there r no farmer markets in NJ. only way we get food is from big company who tourter animals and make em unatural. im gona go fishing before were not allowed to fish anymore.
rcdat609 4 months ago 7
@rcdat609 I have attended two farmers markets in NJ and any local farms, farm shares (where you plant) or CSAs (buying in a group from a local farm) can be found through the Local Harvest web site. Easier than you think, but no one knows where to look.

@rcdat609 I get where your coming from, but realise
that huntung or fishing for food in a world where population has
reached 9 billion people is not exacly an alternative
