  • I love this game, but cruis'n world one ups cruis'n USA.

  • obviously you didn't enjoy this game, this can only be played if you actually grew up with a nintendo, and when i played it, it was one of the best nintendo games i played. shit was cash money

  • Stop trying to be clever, because you aren't funny or witty

  • I used to love this game... especially the '63 Vette!

  • Comment removed

  • The best was coming back from pre school and playing banjo 64, as well as this game, with my cousins :)

  • Hmm, i liked the arcade version

  • I had cruisin the world not USA :(

  • @evan258 So did i But Cruisin world was still great. You could drive on the moon. doesnt get any better then that.

  • Dude they still have these at arcades and movie theatres but i gotta say...much easier on an n64 controller lol

  • Whoo! Ah! Whoo! Ah!

  • This guy sucks, thats why he hates it

  • @TxRangersfan210 Totally agree with you. This was my favorite game in my childhood. Then some asshole is gonna talk shit on it because he plays like an autistic blind kid.

  • haha yeah i remember this game =) great

  • double tap gas before a jump to do a back flip..... shits cutty

  • Nintendo 64 ♥

  • if you hold down all yellow "C" buttons or a variant of, you will unlock/change to the alternate cars. in the garage. I enjoyed the poice car.

  • if you hold down all yellow "C" buttons or a variant of, you will unlock/change to the alternate cars. in the garage. I enjoyed the poice car.

  • Str8 Classic

  • hahaha I always played this in the arcades at movie theaters... whenever I saw the people at the finish line I remember gunning for them as hard as I could! Always disappointed me when the car abruptly stopped...

  • Hahaha I haven't seen this game in years. And by watching this video, everything is coming back to me. The music, the levels and the ridiculous use of girls. I loved this game as a kid :D

  • ahhh who can forget the 2 hot chicks and the orgasmic ooh aah music stage!!! childhood was great!!

  • can someone plaease post the controls for this game!

  • @Lionelman1 It's called Google. Use it.

  • I just got done playing this

  • Outrun is alot better then that stupid crappy game

  • i used to love playing this game when i was smaller. especially in that San Francisco level i liked crashing into cars

  • You should review Hot Wheels Turbo Racing.

I hardly remember playing this game. And not I see and hear why.

  • this was poor even when it came out

  • I love the n64. I gotta say, I'm not a huge fan of the DS and Wii.. (I like them, just..not my favorite things)... I think Nintendo was better "back in the day"...NES, SNES, n64, gameboy, gbc/gba.. Maybe it's just because I don't really care about the new "controls.." like motion controls and touch screen. Give me a good 'ol controller with actual buttons any day.

  • good times, good times

  • omg i had nintendo 64 before my first ps1 and i had this game i was playing it everyday,, good memories

  • I used to love this game as a kid. The cheese is half the fun, and yes this game is awesome with a steering wheel.

  • Had good times pretending to play this in my Royal Pizza shop.

  • .. this is my faveeee n64 game

"why cant i run over those people? therye just standing there" LOL i think that ever time i play

  • This game was ONLY fun in the arcade. I bought it when I was kid and hated it on n64. It's only good at like chuckle cheese or something

  • @datboitmic agreed.

  • this a classic man the dude who is reviewing this video need to loosen up of course this is a arcade game which makes it fun and the game extremely old but awesome and outrun is okay and it get boring when u play this you don't ..how about you check this game out at a movie theater and play it and trust me you will enjoy spending 50 cent to play a quick game before you watch your movie !

  • I saw an arcade version at my local Round Table but it's now defunct

  • I just wanna say fuck you, you cant do a review for a n64 game in 2008, that shits a classic, this was one of the best games made on the n64, the best driving one, a CLASSIC. what are you 40 years old , wtf r you doing a review for a old n64 game fore, you were way to old when n64 even came out. this game is people childhoods, people that are hatn on this, you KNOW you loved this shit as a kid, it was the tits.

    Goodbye!

  • @cwillis31 and i know i did an e at the end of for

  • @cwillis31 i wish i had went online all day just to insult people online. But... in all honesty it is called CLASSIC game room and he is reviewing a game you called a CLASSIC... also he is doing a fair review based on HIS gaming experience and he has been playing games a long time.

  • @Afterthought208 haha i bet you wish you had a life too

  • @cwillis31 most definitely?

  • Jesus Christ, driving games on the N64 were ropy. I know this was one of the worst, but the best weren't much better.

  • The arcade version kicks ass on N64's. Nintendo censored out roadkill, the secret school bus, and Bill Clinton's hot tub party finale. At least the music stayed true.

  • Cruis'n USA is a fun game. I spent way to much money on it back in the day. It's tounge and cheek. It was meant to be funny. It's cheesy and awesome. The cars dont handle as well as say Out run but you know what...Out Run was boring. I'm sure a lot was lost in the translation from the arcade version to the N64 version. If you had played the arcade version and didnt take the game or Yourself too seriously you might enjoy it.

  • Gee...I used to love this game because of its overflow of cheesiness :D.

  • wave race

  • fuck yeah i can still wack it to that chick

  • You can do wheelies to flip over the other cars instead of crashing into them. :P

I only played this in the arcade.

  • My first N64 Game :D

  • i used to play this game 24 / 7 actually you dont like it beacause its old now and you suck at it.. i used to never hit anything

  • i used to play this game 24 / 7

  • fuck him i think this game is awesome.

  • what is the line from office space, i dont get it?

  • This guy is a douche. you cant compare games of the early 90's to modern day games.

  • i played this game sooooo many times !!! This is not a ad game! it is in fact awsome and addictive and the music is über greatness!!! (I still play this game sometimes) oh and the fliptricks and 360 's are cool!:D

  • i played this game sooooo many times !!! This is not a ad game! it is in fact awsome and addictive and the music is über greatness!!! (I still play this game sometimes)

  • I don't know what Outrun is, but Cruis 'N USA was NOT as bad as this guy says it is. Back in the day, it was awesome! It was the only racing game that I ever cared about other than the Mario Kart and Diddy Kong Racing series.

  • Why does the F5 button not skip advertisements anymore? Grrrr!

  • ive got crusin around the world and the big truck sounds like a gun

  • The Cruis'n games would kick serious ass if Nintendo and Warner Bros. (now the parent company of Midway Games) would get together and remake them with enhanced HD graphics and 7.1 digital audio for the next Nintendo console.

  • cruisin the world was better

  • irregardless isn't a word.

  • at the time it was a great game, not sure if the narrator is makin these observations based on what the standard for racing games is right now or when the game actually came out. I vividly remember this game when it came out and it was a lotta fun at the time.

  • Thanks to games like this i've became a lot more selective with my new games.

  • i though it was pretty good

  • Fuck, this was my first N64 game back in '96 along Super Mario 64....

  • @RawHunterX same here dude. this was an awesome game

  • @MrSpiderman14 Yes, mine was bundled within the N64 alongside Super Mario 64 and a Driving Wheel for "Cruis'n USA" gameplay.

  • Arcade was better and smoother than the N64 version.

  • The Girl with the Trophy at the end always made me hard, lol

  • OH HELL YA THIS GAME SUCKED ON N64!!

Play the Arcade if you ever get the chance to, hopefully it is still in good condition and it's world of a difference. The steering wheel makes a HUGE difference, and there is more emphasis on sound rather than shitty music.

I used to always love side swiping my buddies when they tried to pass me. lol

  • I got pissed off for some reason when I watched this but I don't know why.

  • arm&hammer now eliminates FECES! Sweet!

  • GOOD GAME =)

  • I still have this game

  • Hi, what kind of music show it at 22 sec. in your video because i like it. By the Way i love this game. I got it in emulator Project 64

  • Ooh Ah Ooh Ah Ooh....now those are clever lyrics.

  • ah... the '90s!

  • @camaxer The America Fuck Yeah stage......Rush kicked this game in the balls.

  • hint: hold down all c buttons except left when choosing your car

  • To turn better use the d pad

  • cool

  • I probably spent around $100 in quarters on this game when I was a kid. I love it.

  • this game is bomb idc what anybody says. reminds me of childhood

  • back in the day all of my friends had N64s and I had a PS1. I was glad I didn't have a 64 since it's pretty much crappy. One of my friends had this and Cruis'n World and he always insisted we played them. They weren't terrible, but there's much better games out there.

  • @KingDavid73 Funny I was the other way around. Everyone I knew had playstations while I had an n64. When I did get one it didn't impress me. The games felt very slow to me. I never liked the controller either.

  • @communistrecords Yeah, if you had one console before the other, you were always going to prefer the original. Especially since each console is so different.

  • @Willy105 True. I think we all can agree though, the PS1 controller sucked.

  • to the commentator.. i dont give a %$^$ what u say. this game is freaking sick .. and maybe u suck at this game?

  • In Soviet Russia, Russia cruises you!

  • If you aren't having fun when playing Cruis'n USA you're doing it wrong. Awesome music and the controls are actually quite tight and responsive if you aren't a total muppet.

  • My mom thought I'm watching Porn when at 2:59

  • that girl with the cup always gave me LOLz

  • cars. This port of the arcade was done incredibly well compared to many ports. Overall this game should receive 8.5 out of 10. And this is coming from someone who has beaten it and used the secret trails / cars.

  • Not trying to be mean or anything man, but you suck. It seriously looks like you pulled this game out for the first time. Once again not trying to hate but to compare it to outrun is like comparing Gears of War to Socom. This game is meant to be fast-paced, pedal to the floor, extreme speed, (need I say more about speed) racing. Also if you use the D-Pad, you turn about 10x sharper, just a heads up for the redwoods / SF level. I personally have beaten this game with all upgrades including secret

  • what IS the line from office space that he's talking about?

  • oh my god i want to play this so badly now

  • Is anyone else able to watch this? The video appears all glitched-up for me.

  • Damn.. these old dayss.....!

  • i remember playing this as a kid, me and my bro used to laugh at the girl at the end XD

  • @sickdog2010 Haha same happens to me always.

  • Ok man. You totally suck. Doe anyone else agree with me that every game THIS GUY reviews seems to be a bad one? HEY!!! IDIOT!!! WHAT GAME DO YOU LIKE?

  • i loved the arcade version of this game it ruled

  • I just want to add that you're dead-on with the truck stop/bowling alley location.

But yeah this game sucks and there's one level in particular (I want to say Chicago) which is probably directly responsible for my anger issues.

  • Maybe I should play this again. My only complaint is that it goes too fast.

  • @WorldChallenge :D i still play it and i think it beats gt5 prolauge and forza 2 still even today the game is a beast :D xD

  • aaaaaaahahahah i still got it i got the game and my nintendo 64 in perfect status

  • This game was fucking awesome. Never played the N64 version though, always played it in the arcade. So many memories >_>'''

  • this review sucks, cruisin usa was awesome.

  • this game is brilliant i play it on my pc now!!!! got to love nintendo 64 emulator

  • this voersion look pretty alright...not as good as other versions though

  • Fun racing game to play... except the N64 version is inferior to the arcade in every way. And the censorship was questionable to say the least...

  • I played the arcade version at a BMW shop, it was just awesome!!

  • lol freaking music : uuuuh aaaah uuuuh aaaaah xD

  • sunpass for him

  • This review sucked... this game was the shiz in the day. Just because the gaming world has 360s and PS3s doesn't mean that the games of the late 90s have to be the same

  • Comment removed

  • this game was fucking awesome. I remember playing it back in the day

  • I LOVED this game.

  • i played this game in the arcade today, the opening screen said "ultra 64" i lol'd SO HARD

  • Whoa man what's with all the hate? It's his opinion so how does it affect the way you enjoy the game.

  • Fuckkkk ur review on this gameeee u should be shot this is one of the best games

  • I see this game in arcades everywhere!

  • When i first heard that "ooh ah ooh ah ooh ah" part of that song i was like "WTF?"

  • The reasen why I bought a N64..was not Zelda or Goldeneye or Maro....it was CRUIS´N USA...and I still play it sometimes

  • This dude is a douche.... This game was one of the best classics back in the day....

  • @xboxyo Since when did classic become synonymous with shit? Dumb jew.

  • @xboxyo Since when did classic become synonymous with shit? Dumb jew.

  • @xboxyo Since when did words like "classic" and "best" become synonymous with SHIT? Nigger.

  • learn playing ffs

  • I remember this as the first Ultra 64 game that was used to hype the system together with Killer Instinct (both on arcade then, running on hardware that would be IN YOUR HOME, if you would wait and not by a playstation), which ended up on the snes. And we just forgot about cruis'n. And that was a good thing.

  • Thumbs up if you've ever called that blue muscle car a douche

  • It's pretty arcade accurate, control/gameplay is about as bad. It's not a bad game but there are better racers out there.

Like Sega Ages Outrun for Sega Saturn, Imported from Japan!

  • Its called, Go into options, and under steering, set it to High...

you basically bashed this game for all the wrong reasons once you figure that out, lol.. cus this is a great game

  • My butthole is leaking sweat.

  • it seems to steer better with a classic controller

  • I used to play this alot as a kid, had lots of fun

  • I hated this game!

  • never will it compare to the arcade version

  • The arcade version is better than the Nintendo 64 version

  • The music sounds like the daytona usa music

  • The arcade version has better graphics, its not as bad!

  • The reasen why I bought a N64 system.

  • Man, if you can think of a game, classic game room has done it.

    I love Cruisn!

  • uuu ah whoa!!

  • it wasnt meant to handle realistically. it was meant solely for fun

  • @hamguy01 it doesnt have to be realistic i agree, but the cars at least have to handle well

  • I fricken love this game I never knew the port for N64 got blasted by the media.

  • @cowboyscowboys The media got fired up over this port..? How so..?

  • lol! u're mating with t
