Not free for commercial use. But for educational purposes it is free. You can download and try all the demos yourself.

I've downloaded the havok sdk but i haven't got the demos, or atleast i can't find them :O

And btw how to shoot the cannonball? (nooby, i know)

There's an .exe in install directory that launches application for viewing demos.

I remember the controls were weird, try everything.
